Rating: Summary: SPELL THE NAMES CORRECTLY Review: The book kept going from the past to the present; back and forth, back and forth. Didn't end a story with the present. I wish Ray Evernham WAS still Jeff Gordon's crew chief, but he's been gone for some time. I know it was in the 'past,' but Geoff Bodine now goes by Geoffrey and is very adamant about it. Bill Elliott has ALWAYS spelled his name with two T's, not one. It's even on his shirt in the book. I liked the last chapter about Earnhardt--a great tribute, but was very disappointed in the book overall.
