Summary: Great beginning coaches book
Review: This was the first book I read on wrestling. I had very little background in the sport and did not wrestle as a youth. My son's program needed coaching help. This book was a good starter book. Along with the basic wrestling information it introduced, it also had valuable administrative and coaching tips. Positive attitude and reminders on what makes a good role model and youth coach are emphasized throughout the text. I recommend this book for other beginner wrestling coaches.
