Review: I bought this workbook for my obsessed 15 y/o daughter. It is a good workbook we just expected more reading and in depth thinking exercises. It has good stuff and she will use it but I am still in search of a quality book with more studing for the offseason. She goes to mental clinics for softball that this would be good for in a group setting.
