Rating: Summary: OK... Review: Rumors is About Susan Stewart, a girl who doesn't know who her real parents are. When she gets asked to the famous Bridgewater Ball by wealthy Gordon Stoddard, Lila Fowler is jealous because now she can't find a date to the ball. So Lila decides to spread vicious rumors about Susan stating that her mother is in an insane asylum. When everyone starts to ditch Susan, Susan goes to her guardian to ask about her real past. But Mrs. Reister doesn't want to give away any details. Elizabeth Wakefeild is determined to stop the rumors. Meanwhile, Jessica, Elizabeth, and Steven Wakefeild are convinced that their mother is pregnant. Determined to get their parents to tell the truth, the twins and their brother act as thought they are eagerly awaiting their sibling's arrival. I found that this book is lacking in some areas, and that is a bit dull at times. I had to stop reading this book constantly out of boredom, it was that dull. The series has many other better books, and unless you are a collector, don't bother with this one.
