Summary: Lots of Love
Review: I would recommend this book to everybody who loves mystery and suspicion. I didn't really like some parts in the book that got off track, and I also didn't like the ending of the book. Even though I gave this book a four star rating. doesn't mean you shouldn't read it. I loved this book because it kept you hanging, and wanted you to read more, that's why I was ahead in some parts of this book. So really, take your time and read a good book, such as Face on the Milk Carton.

Summary: The face on the Milk Carton review by Sammy Sosa
Review: Face on the milk carton was an exciting but slow story. It made a mystery fun and not so much of a creepy mystery book. This story consistently had excellent scenes. The book really had a corny plot but it made up for it with the dramatic scenes. Those dramatic scenes were very well thought through. It kept me in suspense and made me think about what may really be happening and what do I think is gonna happen. I gave this book a 3 star rating but it still could very easily be a 4 star rating depending on what kind of books you like or what kind of plot. I would recommend this book to people who have a lot of time. I mean really a lot of time because if not you can find better books.

Summary: To much romance
Review: The book the Face On The Milk Carton was ok. It had some parts that I did not like at all.
It had too many romance scenes with janie and Reeve, the main characters. If the author didn't include it would probably be a great book. Also,in the end you have to read all the books that she wrote to get what happened. It's about a girl named janie that sees her self on the milk carton when she was little. She was kidnapped a long time ago. She's wondering did my mom and dad kidnap me, but she doesn't think that because her parents are so nice to her. She go's to new Jersey to find out who are her real parents but along the way her other parents don't even know there going there. did she find her real parents?

Summary: Face On The Milk Carton
Review: Face On The Milk Carton is a great book when you just pay attention to the mystery parts. It would be better if Janie ( the main character) and her boyfriend Reeve wouldn't have so many love scenes in it. They were really unimportant. Besides the love scenes, this book is great. The clues she finds, and what she does to find them us so exiting that it keeps you reading. You get to see what Janie is thinking as well as what she is doing. this book is for eleven yea olds or older because of the love scenes that might be inappropriate for younger children. This kind of ruin the book, but over all this is a good book. By Angy Rowland

Summary: Face on the MIlk Carton
Review: The book, Face on the Milk Carton, was not very well written and it could have been much better. I thought it was bad because of all the romance stuff. if the author left that out i would have thought the book was okay. I also thought that the author could have been allot more descriptive. I had a very hard time picturing what was happening. This book was very suspenseful, which helped me to actually finish the book.

Summary: A Dairy Disaster
Review: When Janie Johnson finds a milk carton, with what she thinks is her picture on it, she will never look at her parents the same way. This book is about a 15 year old girl who finds little clues suggesting that she was kidnapped. While Janie is dealing with that and what to believe, she also has to deal with her so called "parents", her friends, and her boyfriend.
This book was great and had a pretty good ending, however it was a cliffhanger, which is not always good. It was still a great book though. I liked everything about this book except the fact that it had a lot of stuff that boys or younger kids wouldn't like. It was really cool, besides the mushy stuff which you can kind of ignore. If you read this book and like it, you will also like the sequel. It it called What Ever Happened to Janie. I liked the mystery in this book, along with the story line and the personalities of the characters. I disliked the fact that it had some stuff that was somewhat inappropriate, even though it was it was still a great book, and you can ignore most of the bad stuff.

Summary: You never know what you've got, untill it's gone...
Review: This is a classic story of a girl lost in her life, with no way out. She was living the perfect life, and then it all started to go wrong. A search in time brought her an idea, a face on a milk carton that looked a little too familiar. She looked, and looked, and looked, but she could not find an answer. But, once she did, she wished she hadn't. Read the book and you'll experience what really happened.

Summary: The Face on the Milk Carton
Review: The Face on the Milk Carton is a really good book. It is about a girl who reconizes a face on her friends milk carton one day at lunch. She reconized it as herself. What happens next? Read this book and find out. I really liked this book because it made me want to read more and more. It was really hard for me to put it down. This book is fiction, but i could see it as a non-fiction because it deals with an every day issue in our world, kidnapping. It also kind of teaches you a lesson in the book too. Anybody could read this book from age eight to age eighty-eight. The only thing i didn't like about this book was the ending because it leaves you hanging. But then it is ok because there are three more sequels to this book. So after you finish the last sentence of this book, you will want to go and get the first sequel, What Janie Found. At least I did. There was also a movie made from this book, but I liked the book more because it gave more details.

Summary: The Face on the Milk Carton
Review: This book is a story of mystery, romance, and lies. It's a story about a girl who sees her face on a milk carton at school. She is very confused by all of this because she loves her parents and she cant believe that they would do something like that. She is also falling in love with her next door neighbor. She is very happy but her obsession and curiosity drives her insane enough for it to get in the way of her relationship. This is one of my favorite novels because it has enough excitement for everyone.

Summary: great book to intro your pre-teen to mystery-thrillers
Review: My daughter is in 6th grade and chose this book to read for a school report. She started reading this book aloud to me and I was hooked on the storyline, as was she. It is a great way to introduce mystery and thrillers into the life of a pre-teen. It is easy reading but hard to put down as the story compels the reader to keep reading to find out what happens in the mystery. A young girl sees her own picture on a school milk carton posted by the milk company as a public service to alert or help others finding "missing" children. The problem here is the girl doesn't consider herself missing. I found that some of the actions or inactions by the main charactor were frustrating - you want her to confront her family or tell others but she continues to quietly investigate. The ending could be better - it could have had a bit more "thrill" in it but perhaps the younger reader would not agree. I recommend this story as a mystery-thriller primer. I intend to buy the other books that follow this storyline as well as the author's other books "for my daughter to read" of course.
