Review: What draws me to this book is that you don't have to agree with everything that every writer says. This book isn't a great philosophical text...but it is so much more. What is this movement without real experiences? The personal IS political and I think this book does is feed the movements to come.

Review: While the essays may not present new information to those of us who've been reading feminist literature for years, I find it inspiring that the women herein aren't justifying their feminism or shrinking from the "f" word itself. They are feminists - what else would they be? It is engrained in them (and us), and it would be more bizarre for them to say that they WEREN'T feminists. And these are their experiences.
