Summary: Great Book but Flawed
Review: First thing I have to say is I am really disappointed and mad that KA decided to end the series on book #28. She could have written a lot more! I will really miss reading about Zoey, Lucas, Nina, Benjamin, Claire, Paolo, Christopher, Aisha and all the others. Now back to this book. For starters I think this book was a great book. However this book wasn't a very good book for ending a series. It left so many things unanswered that it drives me crazy! Here are some:

1.Will Nina and Benjamin ever get back together? KA shouldn't have left us wondering! 2.What happend to Jake in the last book? He wasn't even mentioned! 3.What happened to Kate and Aaron? 4.Did Lucas finally go to college? There are many questions that are left answered that I am just so disappointed! I give this book four stars because it was really a very good book to read, but it was written like just another book in the series and not an ending book where we get all our questions answered! There could easily have been another book written after this one!

Summary: Disappointed
Review: I am very disappointed, because it seems like this is the last in the series, although, i was not disappointed in the book itself, in fact I thought it was a great book, it resolved some issues, the whole Zoey, Lucas, Nina triangle gets resolved finally, but what upset me was that the relationship between Benjamin and Nina didn't get resolved, and if this is supposed to be the last in the series that should've been resolved, Other than that, it was an awesome book, and a good overall conclusion for the series... I loved the whole series, i would recommend it to anyone

Summary: Argh.
Review: I had been reading these books since they had their original covers (if y'all had been reading this series when they first came out, you know what I'm talking about) and it wasn't called "Making Out," the series was called Boyfriends/Girlfriends. She quit writing them for quite a few years and then, one day, I wanted to see if anymore had come out and there were a bunch of new ones. I was so excited! But, now I'm a little upset that I even started reading them again because KA decided to stop writing them again. Hopefully, she's just taking another break like she did before. Honestly, I was reading these books at probably 12 or 13, then again when I was about 21 (when she wrote the new ones....I think), and I'd buy #29 now (at 24) if she'd write it. I swear if she wrote more that I'd be all about buying it, even if I was 30. I love fluff reading....when you read scientific journals and textbooks all day long, you need a little fluff! It's great stuff!

Summary: I can't believe the series is over!
Review: I have been reading this series since it was known as the boyfriends/girlfriends series and I own every book. I didn't even know that this book was the last in the series, so as I read it I wondered why all of the relationships were being summed up. Like other readers have mentioned, I am disappointed that the author left out important people like Jake, but all together, I thought it was a good ending. I just wish KA would continue the series.

Summary: at last!
Review: i just began to read the making out series last week but i already read 7 as they are so adictive. This book was refreshing as it tied up the Nina/Lucas relantionship and it looks like the Zoey/Lucas & Nina/Ben couples will be given a second chance. The only thing that bugs me is Aisha as she needs to get a grip.

Summary: ITS ABOUT TIME!!!!
Review: I liked the book I got it like a couple of months ago and I still read it over and over and over......Im sure all you Zoey&Lucas lovers will too :)Although the timing was PRETTY LATE(when you read it youll know what I mean) The only thing I hated was how they ended the series. I mean it was good but it couldve been better I wish I couldve read a better GRAND FINALE :).But overall the book was good just wasnt the best. The last couple of books I kinda hated Zoey for the way she treated Lucas...but its pretty funny and weird how she finds out her TRUE feelings for him. I DEFINATELY reccomend the book I mean who wouldnt its the last of the series. Im just saying dont expect TOO much because then you might be set up for a real let down :)

Summary: FInished already?
Review: I loved this series very much. The writing is one of the best because you feel as if you are really there on the island with the island kids. Each book got better and better. Although this book was very good, I was sad when it was finished becuase it seemed to be the last one. There were things that still needed to be fixed and more detail to be added. I just hope that Katherine Applegate surprises us with two more- to clear everything up, and let us know what will happen "tomorrow"- If you liked the other books- you have to read this one. And if you are just starting them- read them in order- they are much better that way!

Summary: They can't stop the series!
Review: I really hope Katherine Applegate does not stop this series! This is the best series I've read! It was really good and it clears a lot of things up.

Summary: Great series, but 28 should not have been the last
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed reading this series, and how the characters developed. It made me remember when I was a teenager, with all the joys and sorrows that come with growing up. However, 28 should not have been the last book. KA could have went at least to 30.

Actually, I can kind of see 28 being the end of the series in a way. Though there were many questions left unanswered, some questions were answered sublminally. Aisha figured out Felicias game. Nina, Lucas, and Zoey mended their relationship. And we discovered that Claire is not an ice princess. It had the traditional everybody lived happily ever after cliche.

I look forward to reading some more of KA's work.
