Summary: AWESOME!!!
Review: All I can say is that if you liked/loved/adored/thought the butchered TV series was okay, then you'll LOOOOVE this book! It's totally awesome! There are some adventures that the anime didn't show, and even if your favorite character is Hiei, or Kurama, or anybody else, Yusuke [is great]in this book!!!

Summary: Once again, the manga's better!!
Review: Don't get me wrong, I LOVED the yu yu hakusho anime. But then they... EDITED IT!! (softly crying);_;
I mean come on!! They just tore that show apart! It would have been better off canceled.
...ANYways, back to topic. This manga is one of the better ones. It truly sucks you in and keeps you there. And fans of the former show will be impressed to see how things differ from the two but still keep you liking both.
I originally read this in Shonen Jump, which is an AWESOME magazine. (with the exceptoin of DBZ.)
Tho it's sligtly different, all the touching moments in the story are still there.
All in all a truly wonderful manga with heartfelt moments now, and non stop action in the future!!
...I am not twelve, and KURAMA RULES!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Yu Yu Yusuke?
Review: I have the manga and I love it. Yusuke ends up dying in the manga by getting hit by a car, he attempts to take the test to come back to life. I was tuched by the manga because Yusuke gets hit by a car to save a kid and dies. I have been hit by a car before and I know what it feels like. At first when I heard about the anime I thought it would be a stupid boys anime like the Dragon Ball junk. But Yu Yu Hakusho is diffrent. I was given the manga by my teacher when I was in the hospital, I truely enjoyed it, and my teacher knew I like anime. So if you like tuching animes like Yu Yu Hakusho then this manga is the right one for you.<br />

Summary: Yu Yu Hakusho Rocks
Review: I loved the edited TV show, but I don't get the channel it's on. So I tryed the book. I love all of the new sences and details they left out of the show (well, most of them). It moves a lot slower, but it makes up for it emotion waves ;p. Very funny, full of action. More Keiko and tons more peoples!

Summary: This is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!
Review: I watched the series of Yuyu Hakusho and thought that it was the best thong ever, but I was wrong. The novels are 5 times as good (not that the cartoon is bad. It rules too.)!! It has extra short stories that show Yuske for what he really is and the anime is great. It is a MUST-READ for all anime-lovers.

Review: Ok, I saw one eppisode of the show and thought it was cool. Then I bought the manga and I now am totally in love with the whole thing! The books are so cool, and how its read from right to left is really fun! In my opinion, if you love the show, or like me saw one eppisode and thought it was interesting, you will love this no matter what.

Summary: The real story begins.
Review: Okay, Yusuke has spent 2 volumes trying to come back to life. Now that he's finally done so, we must ask ourselves: Okay, he's done that, so now what? Koenma comes in with the answer. It seems he's seen potential in our newly reborn Jr. High School student, and as a result, is now the official underworld detective, solving problems associated with the other world. His first assignment? Finding 3 stolen artifacts that could spell doom for mankind in 1 week, before Koenma's dad gets returns and raises heck! Continuing the trend of the previous volumes, the 3rd book's primary goal is introduce us to the major players in the storyline, something I consider it does so well. Here, the 3 major new characters introduced are pretty boy kitsune in disguise, Shuichi Minamino, or Kurama as he's truly known, 3-eyed swordsman Hiei, and the aging yet powerful psychic Genkai. Thankfully the series takes time bringing them all in and not rushing their welcome. Although it's the same excellent storyline the anime follows, there are a few differences, for example we go a bit deeper into Kurama's decision to stay by his human mother's side. And also, the artwork continues to excel. I actually prefer the "cutesy" design of the characters as opposed to the more serious designs used for the anime(although those are pretty cool too.). In the end we have another excellent volume of Yu Yu Hakusho, and I definitely suggest fans of the anime check it out.
