Summary: Essentials and great food recommendations
Review: I have been to San Francisco dozens of times and used at least five different travel guide books. I especially liked this one because the author gave a real sense of the places and gave me a better idea of whether I wanted to go to the places--especially when it came to restaurants. As far as sights go, all the essentials are covered. And there are plenty of hotels, restaurants, and shops to choose from. I found some real neighborhood gems thanks to this book. It definitely helped me to see more of authentic San Francisco.

Summary: What a worst travel book ever!!!
Review: I have gone to San Francisco with this book.
This book gave me alot of trouble while traveling because of incorrect information in this book.
Especially, the section introducing good places to go in Chinatown is sucks!!!!!
Besides, due to this book, I had to detour roads on and on..
This book doesn't fully introduce worthy to see but just rather concentrate on hotels and dinning.
I should've bought DK Eyewitness travel guides instead of the clumsy and bad book. I strongly recommend people who go on to San francisco not to buy this book!.
