Review: Although this was a pretty good book, I wish I had paid attention to the publishing date (1997). Some of the information is not as accurate now as it was 4 years ago. For example, some of the vendors mentioned in San Juan, Puerto Rico (from where I returned just yesterday) are no longer there. This books needs an updated edition!
