Review: Even though I live close to Los Angeles, it doesn't mean i know every hot spot to stop off at. Well...this guide book will tell you all the major attractions there are in L.A. waiting for you!

This book gives pictures, maps, and guidelines which will help a tourist know what to expect when they arrive. There are some excellent views looking into downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Hollywood Sign, etc... There is a pretty long section in the book about the history of Los Angeles, giving neat facts that are interesting.

The book covers some of the main attractions- Rodeo Drive, Union Station, Walk of Fame, Knott's Berry Farm (which is located in Orange County), Watts Towers, Playboy Mansion, and much more. This guide gives you insights on famous towns- Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Long Beach- and also insights on famous streets and boulevards- Santa Monica Boulevard, Wilshire Boulevard, Hollywood Boulevard (that's where the Walk of Fame is located), and Sunset Boulevard.

The book talks about the valleys-San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, and the more rural, Santa Clarita-and canyons, the south bay, and even gives tips on places to go for day trips which include: Orange County, San Diego County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara.
