Summary: A must for every Bible teacher & pilgrim touring Israel!
Review: As a licensed Israeli tour guide and Hebrew Christian, Messianic Believer I felt a great need for this book for all Christian Bible readers. No other Biblical reference guide details the sites one can visit today in the Holyland or study in a Bible school. The maps are useful and my first hand experience is now in written form for all to read and use, here in Israel or in the Bible study classroom or at home.

Summary: AN OUTSTANDING WORK
Review: As a traveller to the land of Israel twelve times I have been privileged to see first rate the expertise that went into the pages of this book and I have had many positve comments from those I have shared the book with. A preacher's son describes the part on the "Ark of The Covenant" as an exceptional writing done by an expert in her field. The book is a must for anyone going to the Holyland.

Summary: Hela Calls for the Stones to Tell the Gospel Story.
Review: Hela has managed to compile in this concise booklet the research of a lifetime that is dedicated to the search for the truth of Jesus and the prophets. Reading the book is like taking a giant step back into the past and seeing the Holy Land through the eyes of the biblical characters of that time period. Hela makes the very stones cry out to tell the story in bold relief as she points out the stones that remain from the Western Wall or the Eastern Gate of the Old City of Jerusalem. You can almost feel like one of the crowd that witnessed the Triumphal Entry of Jesus on Psalm Sunday. The Bible passages will take on new light after reading about the setting and history of the Scriptures. Hela's energetic style of writing will leave you breathless as you climb the hills around Tel Megiddo to view the valley of Armeggedon where the last great battle between good and evil will be waged. If you listen carefully you will be able to hear the clash of the warring factions. You will take a virtual tour of the Holy Land from Dan in the North to Be'er Sheva in the South as you read the pages of this book. But also at the same time she will take you from Jerusalem of Old to the New Jerusalem as it is described in the scriptures and seen by Abraham the patriarch and promised by Jesus to those who believe in Him.

All in All, you will feel like one of the wise men who had seen a great light.

I therefore Highly recommend the book to any serious Bible student or seasoned pastor or Bible teacher. It will give you an insight into the Scriptures that can only be gained by living many years in the Land by one who sees Yeshua as the only Messiah of Israel.

Summary: How to Walk in the Footsteps of Jesus and the Prophets
Review: If anyone would want to take the opportunity to travel to the Middle East and walk in the footsteps of Jesus, this very informative book would definitely come in very handy. Having had the privilege of being guided through the Holy Lands by Hela Crown-Tamir, as we reviewed the book we felt her enthusiasm in putting it together to make the footsteps of Jesus more real to us and those who will use her book as a guide and perhaps be able to be guided by her. Also as we read through the pages we recognize and enjoy the paths we traveled with Hela and thank her for putting this wonderful work together.

Summary: Great Guide
Review: This is a handy little guide book that could travel with you as you visit the sites mentioned. It lists the history of each place and other interesting facts. It has several useful lists of information at the back of the book. Mrs. Crown-Tamir knows her stuff and has put together a useful, inexpensive guide. I found myself wishing for a large foldout map to see all the places named, however that would probably make the book too expensive.
