Review: The flyleaf says 2004, and "Updated Annually". It's a scam. This book claims the Peso is fixed to the Dollar, but the Peso was floated in early 2002 (see this article in the Economist: http://www.economist.com/agenda/displayStory.cfm?Story_ID=984617). The number of telephones is given as 4.5 million, dated 1990. The CIA World Fact Book has much more recent number: 7.5 million in 1998. Check it out for free at http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/ar.html. It's like this all the way through. There is nothing you can bank on in here. In fact, this book has nothing but outdated free downloads from who knows where. Best to just get free stuff from the web and save you bucks.
