Review: I highly recommend this book for Philadelphians who love to eat out but don't have the budget to match their good taste. Similar to Zagats, but less with less pretension, it is full of great synopses of restaurants throughout the city arranged by cuisine and neighborhood. My only minor complaint is the lack of entries for restaurants in the suburbs. But who cares about restaurants in the suburbs when there are so many great ones in town?
