Review: Just before I saw this title on Amazon, I had spent eight glorious days on Oahu, my first trip to any of the islands. I was expecting photographs to supplement my own and text further to explore the history, culture, and modern life of the islands and their people. Alas, this book is so short on both that it borders on fraud. If you value your time and money, don't bother with it.
