Review: I find Global Airlines a 'must' for anybody entering the airline industry. Especially the information given on the various CRS's is a fine tool to help understand why the CRS/GDS world came to be the way it is and why it simply has to change and where it probaly will change to be in the future. I bought this book in 1996 and it is still a great tool in 1998!
