Summary: Pretty good!
Review: Dogz 2 is a great program! The quality is very good, the petz love their toys, other petz, and eachother! If it included breeding and playscenes (like Dogz 3) it would be a 5 star game.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Fun, but not much better than Dogz3
Review: Dogz 4 is lots of fun for kids & grown-ups, if you are new to the world of PETZ. But if you already have Dogz 3, you should think twice before upgrading to 4. Dogz 4 does not have that many new features, and the voice recognition feature is not that great. Plus you lose some of the clothes & toys that you had in 3. Dogz 3 is just as much fun as 4, so save yourself the $$.

Summary: Dogz/Catz 2
Review: This "game" as it's called, is tons of fun! You must care for, and give attention to various breeds of cats and dogs. It's just like a real pet, except that it can't scratch your furniture or mess up your carpet. If you don't care for each and every pet, they will run away. The "pets" can even play together! Other programs in the same genre include "Oddballz" and the new "Babyz". You're sure to find something for everyone, and have the joys of having a pet or a baby without the expense.

Summary: Great fun for kids!
Review: Petz is a wonderful "game" that my daughters enjoy very much. Petz interacts with them via computer mouse -- you pet them, feed them, and play with them. Even Mom and Dad have gotten in on the fun! This has been their favorite game!

One word of caution - each time you access the game and don't give attention to each pet that you've adopted, they know. Some of ours have run away, which upset my 5 year old. Just like in real life, don't have more pets than you can handle.

Summary: Yuck
Review: I was not satisfied with this game.

There are no new breedz, unless you count pigz. Sure, these pigz are cute, but they aren't dogz, so I don't see where they came from. You can't breed them either. This is unfortunate.

There are new clothes, but they don't have complete outfits! For example, you get a knight's helmet, a knight's pants, and possibly a knight's socks, but no shirt. How is your dog supposed to be a Knight of the Round Table with no shirt? In fact, many shirts are missing from outfits. It's ridiculous!

You have new toys too. I have to say, I don't have many problems with the toys. Some are really neat, but the roach motel to get rid of roaches doesn't work. The dogz play with it and the cockroaches never go into it. I guess it gathers fleas.

You also have new playscenes. These are pretty cool except for one thing: they lose their toys. For example, the Circus has a cannonball, and the Snowscene has a sled. Both of these toys were gone the second time I opened the game. How are you supposed to enjoy the toys then? Disappointing, is it not?

You also have voice recognition. Too bad it doesn't work! It is annoying to get it installed, and it is even more annoying to get it to work. Then you finally get it to work and your dogz think you are saying "Sit" when you said "Stay". All in all, voice recognition is useless and I can't get it to work properly.

Finally, you have bugs, and I'm not talking about cockroaches. I mean computer bugs. The food dish bounces around when your petz jump or walk toward it, so they never get to eat. The dogz don't drink from the water bowl. Like I already said, toyz disappear from the playscenes. Playscenes you make in the editor may not work properly.

Basically, the only way to enjoy this game is to go online and download a thousand new breedz. I don't see why you should bother. This game is just like Dogz 3 except that it gets old quick and it is full of bugs.

Summary: Great Game!
Review: I loved this game, especially once my dogz all started to get in love! There were a few problems, like one of my Mutts was pregnat, and in about 5 months, she was still pregnat. Plus, I had trouble teaching my petz how to sit and come, but that's all right! I've got 4 granddogs, 9 dog parents, and 3 pups! One of my scotties were very funny, they burried a virtual pig! If your a dog lover fan (like me) than I'd recommend this to you!
