Summary: Good stuff
Review: I haven't looked through all the langages, but Russian and Japanese parts are awful! Besides poor organization, spelling and pronuciation don't match: you look at the picture of a shirt, you read "shirt", but the "voice help" says "suitcase". Do you want to confuse those two? I don't think so. Not worth your time or money.

Summary: Don't bother
Review: I recently installed this program and I am very disappointed with it. I find it poorly organized; for example if you want to learn to simply count from 1-10 in a language, you will have to jump around to find each number which are between 40% and so forth. It isn't very helpful to learn how to say "fifth" and then 50% and then five for instance when you are just beginning a language. I found "hello" in Spanish, but then "goodbye" was nowhere to be found. If you are starting from scratch and want to learn a new language, I don't recommend this CD. However, it does contain several different languages in one program. I have also found that it crashes often when you use the sound on it and since I have 64MB ram and this program suggests only 16MB, I was upset that it is such a memory hog. I am ready to remove it from my computer and sorry I wasted the money on it.

Summary: Ordinary product with a potentially useful application
Review: The utility of this product is limited, but if you're in the narrow group of people who need to have a superficial understanding of a large number of languages, I doubt there's a better product available.

What this product *won't* do is make you fluent, or even passably familiar with, all the languages mentioned on the packaging. Frankly, the packaging is misleading and should be disregarded as little more than hype.

What the product *will* do is help jump start your introduction to a particular language. The fact that you have an interactive pronunciation assistant is particularly useful at an early stage of language learning.

The package is also highly useful for people who don't really need to know the full grammar of a single language, but who do need to say a handful of common nouns in a number of different languages. I think if you're in the service industry in an area where your customers are from a variety of foreign countries, this package will help get you the basic communication necessary to conduct basic commercial activities.

Frankly, a pocket Berlitz language guide will give you tons more phrases, grammar, and vocabulary about a single language than this product could ever hope to. But if you're on a budget, not really close to a university, and need to know how to say nothing more complicated than "That will be $5.25" in, say, Russian, German, French and Spanish, this is a sensible option.

Review: This software is a great item for specific people like me that actually like to learn new languages.
