Summary: Simply the Best
Review: You just won't find any better web authoring software for the price. Granted Fireworks has a ways to go to equal Photoshop but overall this is an awesome product. I develop web sites for a living and wouldn't use anything else. It has extended it's support of programming languages especially php and asp. Coldfusion programming is flawless. The main weaknesses would be their built in ftp application which is flaky and the lack of site generating tools such as the ones in GoLive. BTW, Macromedia MX blows GoLive out of the water in virtually every aspect except the one mentioned. The comment about support is comepletely irrelevant and misleading. Macromedia is a large company and their support is pretty much the same as any company their size or larger. Try getting good support from Microsoft or Apple without paying through the nose. I had a problem solved by Macromedia within 2 days. If you have money to buy one product for web authoring this should be it!!
