Summary: A word to the wise
Review: I just wanted to make a couple of comments. Firstly, in the light of the first review, above -- we too thought that we had a defective copy because we couldn't get past the first stage and couldn't find all the objects. However, the key to success is that rather than "giving" the help-objects to Arthur to carry out tasks with, you have to "give" them to the thing you're trying to get. Once you've figured this out, it becomes much more straightforward to progress.
Second point is that this game also goes under the name of Arthur's Wilderness adventure, so, Arthur fans, don't accidentally buy the same game twice!
I think this is an unusually creative and imaginative game for young kids and would recommend it.

Summary: Am I missing Something?
Review: My boys (ages 5/6) could not get past level one on this game. Some of the items that needed to be found, never made their appearance. I even tried. Perhpas we got a bad copy.
I must say from a parent's point of view the music drove me nuts!!! Same little tune, played over and over....it never changes.

Summary: Endless fun
Review: My six and nine year olds have a blast with this. At first they were a bit confused about what to do but once they figured it out they loved it. There are different scenarios, much like the Freddi Fish games so it is never boring.

Summary: Fun Camping Adventures
Review: Our 4 year old has had a blast playing this game. It is loads of fun exploring around the campsite, climbing up (and sliding down) Mount Rockslide, and looking for helpful objects which will allow The Brain to construct a signalling device.

There are simple, yet challenging activities, like constructing a tent, which have been fun, and all of the Arthur characters, with their trademark personalities are there to help.
