Summary: !!THE BEST!!
Review: I purchased this a week ago since I heard great things about this game and having played Civilization a Call to Power. After installing it, it kept prompting me for the cd even when running the program off the cd itself. I wrote to tech support within the hour and have yet to hear back. I can however play the scenarios and found Civilization to be more challenging with better game controls. I often lost member of my civilization and had to scroll the entire map to distinguish to dark blue dots from the black dots. Overall, I am not impressed and will stick with Civilization games in the future.

Summary: One Word: Spectacular
Review: If there was a better game out there I wish somebody would introduce it to me because AOE is the best game of its time. I recently bought AOE 2 and although it is ok, I don't find it half as fun as its predecessor. The bottom line: Buy Age ff Empires now!

Summary: It is a Good Name
Review: It is a really good game, the graphics are great. I love it when you see your army of 15 horses marching in and attacking everything. Its really fun, althugh for Mac you can only play against Macs and it is also pretty annoying the Population Limit it has. You also can not build a whole army at once you have to build it soldier by soldier.

Summary: Warcraft meets Civ II
Review: This game is fun. I don't play it as much as I play Warcraft or Civ II, but it is definitely worth playing. I like how the units look like real people, and how you usually have to build a ton of units in order to win a battle (this makes for awsome fight scenes). I also like how there is a tech tree that you have to climb in order to build more advanced units. Some of the minuses are that it is not the best port in the world. The mouse is white like a Windows mouse, which is annoying to Mac users. Also, when playing my friend with high resources, he would just build all of the buildings, build a wonder and that would be it. While at first I thought the wonder was a good idea, I now see that it allows for cheap gameplay (in the options you can always disable the wonder though). Besides these minor short comings, I would highly recommend this game.

Summary: !!THE BEST!!
Review: This is one of the best strategy games ever. It has great graphics and is challanging and exciting. The first time I played it I sat down at my computer and didn't get up for 3 hours!!! It's a great game because there are many civilizations to choose from and they all have different army units. The real challanging part is you have to gather resourses to complete your army and advence through the ages. Over all this is by far the best game I've ever played!!

Summary: THE BEST MAC GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: This is probably the best civilazation game ever!! Even though it sometimes crashes on IMac's, In aoe you can choose from random map games to scenario builder to death match to playing ageanst other people in multi player. After about a month or two of playing you end up likeing one army over others and liking different warriors. THe only real dissapointment is that there is no aoe 2 for mac's yet. THe first time I played this game I sat down at about 9a.m. and didn't get up until about 3pm later that afternoon, this game is very addicting and time flys when you play it. HINT: STAY AWAY FROM THE CHEATS!!!! they end up completely ruining your playing experience and make the game so much easier. So if you want a real challenge stay away from the cheats!! THis game is deffinately worth the money and is good to play when you want to waste time or when you are really bored. The combat in this game is amazing sence every army is very different and even though it takes a little while to get to the combat part. In random map you start out with very few resources and only three villagers that you have to put to work to gathering wood, food, gold, and stone to build a strong civilazation and advance through the ages. In death match you start with a ton of resources that will almost allways last you through the game. In this you also start out with only three villagers but you don't need to gather resources and you can more easily get to the later ages. In death match the combat is hard late in the game and it gets almost impossible if you run out of any of the resources. If you are in a rush for somthing and you have 15 minutes to kill this is not somthing you would want to do because chances are you wont stop playing for another hour or two. SO OVER ALL THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST GAME EVER!!

Summary: Grate!
Review: Wow. I only have the demo, but it's still incredibly popular in my school, where we play it at lunchtime every single day. Even in the demo, the gameplay is awesome, so I'd say buy it if you have the chance.
