Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Go Live for Macintosh
Review: I purchased this with Photoshop 6.0 as a promotion and it is great for designing web graphics like buttons and adding shadows to your graphics, etc. The animations seem tricky, and it does not interface well with Dreamweaver like I hoped it would. It does not seem to be as easy to use as Flash or the other Macromedia products, but I heard that it is similar to After-Effects with the timeline feature and since I have that program too and want to learn how to use it, I felt that it would be better to stick to Adobe products for now. The interface with Photoshop and Illustrator is amazing. I am debating between using dreamweaver or GoLive as my Web Editor, and because of the Adobe interface I may stick to Go Live as well. My advice is is you have the Adobe products already try this out, but if you have Dreamweaver/Fireworks it may be better to get the Macromedia Flash product - it is the industry standard.
