Summary: Buy or download
Review: The reason you buy it is so as to where you don't have to spend countless hours downloading it, and then burning it. Plus, you get a manual when you buy it. Your money is for the distrobution of it, i.e. the cost of the box, shipping, printing, cds...etc....If there even is a profit, its to small to care. Download or buy, its your money for the same product. Same support online.

Summary: Support Could Be Better
Review: This is an excellent distribution that is easy to install. But note that the free support expires 60 days after a new, minor or major, release. That means you will not get free support if you purchase version 8.0 or 8.1 now, or if you purchase 8.2 60 days after SuSE announces version 8.3. For that reason I have reduced the rating to 4-stars.
