Summary: Excellent entertainment
Review: When I bought Capri I was very curious. This game is unlike any other game I have ever played. Instead of computer graphics, the game uses real life photographs of Capri. Also, this game has no intro. So I found myself starting this game with very little idea of how the storyline would go on. After 1 hour or so of game play I finally found out what the game and the mystery was about. Once I got into it, I couldn't stop playing anymore. It is not such a linear game that I was spoon-fed what I had to do next. It is very much the gamer that has to work out what is going on and where to go next. Many players may not like this and get disappointed.

The layout of the game and the controls are very simple. It is completely mouse orientated with no need to worry about the keyboard. The game also allows you to just explore the isle of Capri without solving the mystery.

The rythm of the game is very relaxed; there is no sense of pressure at anytime. This game is a joy to explore due to its wonderful photograph and the noises you would expect to hear in a town and in the less busy areas. Capri looks to invite the gamers to take their time and enjoy the environment and ambience of the game. Few areas in the game are not open till you have completed a certain task. I would not recommend this game to gamers who like games where there is plenty of action and tension. What appealed to me is the feeling that I was really wandering through Capri and that I could take my time to explore all the narrow and tiny streets and different locales. This game is able to bring the player into a whole new world. Excellent entertainment for all the family.

Summary: Easily the worst game you'll ever pay $20 for.
Review: You remember the last time one of your friends had you over to look at the pictures from their vacation? Well, this is the video game equivalent.
A Quite Weekend In Capri is nothing more than thousands and thousands of rather lackluster photos that could have been taken by any amateur photographer. There really isn't any game here... at least not that I found during the hour of time I wasted.
If clicking endlessly through pictures is your idea of fun, this is the game for you. If you're looking for an immersive world similar to Myst, keep looking.
I can't believe this game is sold in major retail outlets.
