Rating: Summary: 2 good games, and one poor one. Review: Tom Clancy's Counter Terrorism Classics contains 3 games: Rainbow Six, Rainbow Six: Rouge Spear, and The Sum of All Fears.Rainbow Six is one of the first Tom Clancy games. For those not familiar with the series, you control a squad of soldiers. It is much more realistic than Doom or Quake. The graphics are dated, and the sound effects are not as up-to-date. However, the game is still fun to play. The levels are well-desinged, and it will take a while to beat. There are lots of multiplayer maps, but there is a little lag. Rainbow Six: Rouge Spear is the sequel to Rainbow Six, and is much better. Levels are more challenging, and graphics are greatly improved. It plays very similar to the first, but there are more weapons and smater opponents. There is online play, with better maps, but there is still minor lag. The Sum of All Fears is the worst game in this collection. It plays like Rainbow Six, except it is not fun. The game feels rushed to shelves to tie in with the movie. Computer enemies are often brainless, and levels have too many dead ends. Mulitplayer is pointless when the maps are poorly designed. If you don't already own Rainbow Six and Rouge Spear, then you should probably buy this collection. They are 2 classic games with tons of great single player gameplay. However, don't look to this package for online multiplayer. Although it is supported in all three games, there is hardly anyone online with these. There is also lag.
