Summary: fun and challenging
Review: at first this game was to confusing so i didnt play it but lately i have been playing it and it is great. its fun when you figure out how it works. I listened to the tutorial a second time and now i understand it. Just give it a second chance it is quite fun and different, kindof like age of empires only with ants and bugs and stuff, for those who like difficult strategy maybe think of this game.

Summary: Waste of money
Review: I bought this game because I was so impressed with the book. But this game is a waste.

Summary: fun but very frustrating
Review: I bought this knowing there was something not right with it. About the third misson in the game you are made to do something impossible. I want say what but lets just say I tried everying and I'm a little peeved. Well the game might be fun against a human but I cant seem to beat the comp on skrimage. Anyhoo I wouldn't recomend to go jump and buy this untill you've read what acouple of people think.

Summary: Great
Review: I had high hopes for this game. It looked nice on the box, and the prospect of controlling ants in a realistic fashion sounded like fun. But the game has major flaws.

First of all, the tutorial is highly inadequate, and unless you download a patch for it, it does freeze, just like another reviewer said. I've tried to play the game for two evenings now, and can't get past the first mission. Now I'll admit, I'm not the best strategist, but I successfully made it through Age of Empires which was far more complex than the first mission in this game. You only have to kill one thing, a praying mantis, and no matter how many warrior ants I throw at it, it won't die. That's frustrating. And the interface isn't very nice. It's hard to tell if your ants are really attacking at all, and hard to control them. I should also mention that these warrior ants are the only ones you get to control. You cannot directly control workers.

That's all outside the anthill. Inside you can only use menus to control things, and to me it doesn't make a lot of sense. In some cases you can't see what's happening, and in others you can see it, but it doesn't make any sense.

Some may like this game, but I would suggest passing it by. Especially if you have to pay the full [price]. It's DEFINITELY not worth that.

Summary: One of the best since sim ant
Review: I've been waiting for this game to come out for the past six months and after playing the demo I'm still eager to buy it! I would only reccommend this game to those who enjoyed sim ant, this game really just takes it to the next level.

Review: It was very cool. Much better than the sims. That was a game I will never forget.

Summary: Excellent game!
Review: Like many other reviewers out there I had trouble playing this game at first. I found it incredibly hard because i wasn't sure of what to do. I recently started playing it again and I find once you get the hang of it, it is very fun and not that hard. It really challenges your strategy skills and it is the only 3d ant colony game we have (for now, more on the way I hope!).
Buy this game, it is worth the money if you give it a chance.
