Review:
This is one of the top flight simulator games, with first rate graphics, and good modeling of the various airplanes' flight characteristics.
I think I've tried them all since the old 1942, with it's carrier aircraft that stalled as soon as you pulled their noses up, to Sturmovik, and this ranks among the top 4 or 5 in my book. over-all realism. However, not for the beginner: the "easy" flight mode in this game is more difficult than the "difficult" mode of less-demanding flight simulations. This edition includes the essential keyboard reference card but does not include the original manual so important to novices (the manual can still be bought separately by applying to the publisher directly).

Review: Go buy "European Air War" by Microprose. If you value substance over style, the superficial and boring "WW2 Fighters" will NOT keep you interested.

Review: I havent even ordered it yet, but the other review by Boyde Kepner is my uncle. I can assure you that we are both flight simulator experts and he would know.. He said he would give me the deed to his house on the golf course if it wasnt the best simulator Iv'e ever seen.

Review: this game would keep old 40 year old gamers addicted if they gave it a chance. this game will go above and beyond all those other "superior" games. with only one world to go to it has only one flaw, but the world has deer to shoot on the ground, two kilometers of 3d ground, and lots of buildings. you can choose from at least six planes to fly, and a mission builder. plus, if you don't want to have to go through all that title screen crap, there is a fly now button that takes you right to the game. i would have paid (several bucks) and waited two weeks, but i didn't have to. the main point is BUY THIS GAME!!!

Review: This is a great game for any flight or combat sim fan. the sound and graphics are very realistic! Also the way you control your plane is realistic too. You get to chose whether you're on the allied or axis forces and in one mode you can pick your aircraft. This is a great game and I recommend it!

Summary: Best Ever!
Review: This is my favorite game out there. Super and totaly cool graphics, the best crashes I've ever seen and you get to go deer hunting!! (Buy the game and land on a sheet of ice you'll see what i mean) Shootin at deers with bullets this size is fun!! but, Crashes are awsome. Real life situations happen. Canopy gets stuck, flaps jam, rotors bent, gear ripped off.When your guy ejects from a broken plane on the ground, that can't take off, he gets up and starts looking like he's cussing and making bad signals to the sky!!!. Whatever you do, Buy This Game.
