Summary: Looking Great!
Review: After seeing several previews and hundreds of screenshots, I have concluded that this game will be a success.

The game is based upon an isle inhabited by rogue creatures, with no master to rule them. You, god, are the only one there. You must interact with the creatures through your own creature. Your creature must complete challenges to prove his worth. One is to bring up a little duckling. This duck is like your creature's child. It is only taught by your creature so it is sort of a reflection of a refection of you as a god. This is one of the aspects I find most appealing, that my "child" will become a "parent."

Summary: Must Play This Ever Hard Challenging Boring Game
Review: BNW CI is a very good game with lot new attractions. Here you will face very boring, challenging, and very funny trials. Rufus the second leader of the Brotherhood of band of creatures will guide you to face the trials and impress the main leaders adopted daughter called EVE (she is not so attractive but who cares) At the start of the game you will see the old missionaries from Black and White. Here you will see your creature's new battling skills. After crushing Nemesis in Land 5 on Black and White, after becoming the new ruler of Eden its a pretty cool game to find out what your creature really should be.

Summary: Ummm.....
Review: Creature Isle is a good game- if you have the patience. The tasks that you must accomplish seem really pointless and tedious if not monotonous at times. The AI is wack, and the game often does some really weird things (sometimes my creatures apprentice wont do anything, he/she just stands there). I havent really put in too many hours playing this game, only around 30 hours. But, if you are a rabid B&W fan like i am, you will enjoy the vast things to do and see. Also, if you are into modifying things, this game wont work. What i would do is go to bwcenter.com and download the BWbackup, which backs up the important things, like the creature mind and all that neat stuff. Then uninstall and reinstall black and white and install Creature Isle. If you need any help, the Customer Support is pretty good. I even had one person ask my phone number so he/she could help me with it.

Overall its not a bad game. Besides the qwerks its pretty fun and addicting

Summary: It's worth the money
Review: Even though I don't have this game I think it will be fun.My cousin owns this game and I think if you turn the creatures evil they look cool.Tip:If your creature eats people and you pet your creature after that it will turn evil.I don't think it would be fun if your monsters were good.I read the other reveiws and I was inspired to write one myself.I'm going to get the game soon.Call 775-4214 if you want to talk about it.My name is Justin...

Summary: Must Play This Ever Hard Challenging Boring Game
Review: I do not like this game. I'm a big fan of the original B&W but this one just didn't do it justice. You still get to build villages and have worshippers but there are trials now. I've had this game for almost a year and I still haven't passed the first trial. This game is difficult and not very enjoyable. It's not expensive so it's not a huge loss if you buy it, but I suggest to spend your money on something else.

Summary: Somewhat fun...
Review: I have not yet completed the game, but so far it is somewhat fun. The trials are interesting, and usually not too easy/too hard. Tyke is cute, especially the clucking bit. But the game runs far too slowly; more than once I've come close to punching my monitor (not good since it's near the edge of the desk). Black & White was slow occasionally, but NOTHING like Creature Isle. The game constantly "freezes" for a few seconds, before it works again; if you were zooming/moving around, you'll find yourself on the other side of the island.

Don't get me wrong, this is a nice expansion pack, but don't waste $15 on it. Buy used, cheap as you can get. it's not worth more than $5, tops.

Summary: Initial Thoughts:
Review: I just purchased this game a few hours ago. I hadn't really intended to buy it, seeing as how frusterated I got with the original B&W, but next I knew I was digging in my wallet for that nearly worn out piece of plastic.

LionHead has seemed to have worked out many of their bugs, although the AI is still a little flaky, and I've found myself spending a lot of time beating the crud out of my creature when he eats the townsfolk, or throws that stupid egg! I hope this won't continue to be a problem, but I am pretty sure it will.

Other than the AI being predictably uncontrolable, the activities that I've seen so far are great. I especially like the bowling (Tekken Bowl is the only part of Tekken I am good at... and the only time I am good at bowling). The sheep herding is a bit dull, but not too difficult, and the egg... well I've got my creature to just drop it instead of throwing it... oh well.

Although this doesn't really have to do with "the game" I did notice one really great thing that EA has done. The packaging is much smaller than the typical PC software box. The same length and width as a DVD (PS2, GameCube, X-Box) case, and about 3X as deep, the packaging is more environmentally friendly than those cereal boxes everyone else is using to put software in. If anything, buy this game just to let EA know that their packaging is cool.
