Summary: great product , easy to use
Review: i needed to create some product demos of a software application to present to a customer and robodemo made it easy for me to create a cool demo. all i did was turn it on, go threu the sequence of steps i wanted to record and it presented me with a powerpoint-like editing environment. the customer liked the demo and i did not have to worry about dial-up issues or web access since it creates a flash file.

personally i have no problem with their licensing scheme .. since i work for a sw manufacturer, i know that alot of people steal or abuse the licensing and it seems like those are the people who complain

Summary: Awsome software, bad management.
Review: RoboDemo does a pretty good job of recording demos, but the company is so scared of piracy that they made the software impossible to use in certain situations: for example, if you want to record something on your laptop and edit it on your desktop computer you have to buy two copies of the software. There is no way around this. If your computer crashes and you have to re-install it, you have to endure a 30 minute wait on hold to get someone to give you a new product key so you can install it again.

In addition, if you want any tech support you have to pay eHelp hundreds of dollars for them to even talk to you.

This company needs to get a serious clue. eHelp should be rename eNoHelp.
