Product Info Reviews

Description:

StickyBrain 2 nearly eliminates the need for pesky notepads and Post-its, for scribbled up calendars and address books, for ever-lost gadgets like a calculator or your handheld, and even for the popular Outlook or Entourage. Toss them all. StickyBrain 2 has got you covered.

After using StickyBrain 2 for a couple of days, we can't imagine ever being without it. StickyBrain is the equivalent of the popular Mac application Stickies on serious steroids. Think of it as the best inbox, junk drawer, desk pad, calendar, and reference resource possible. Then think of being able to search all of that hodgepodge with a powerful search engine (like Google) when you need to find that certain address or reference number.

StickyBrain 2 offers some super-powerful features over the first version. Most notably to us, the hot keys (which work in any application) for quick grabbing include both a simple copy function as well as a "copy this receipt" function, handy for all those online purchases that tell you to print a copy of the receipt page for your records. StickyBrain 2 also appears in any right-click menu in any application.

Try out some of the alarm features to ensure you never forget that recital (and snooze when you procrastinate), or use some of the slick buttons you can insert for task check boxes, Internet use, and e-mail addresses. Import all your old Stickies with one click. And you won't ever have to go out and grab some of that basic info, like weights and measures, a U.S. map, time zones, and many more, because StickyBrain 2 gives you a starter set of reference stickies.

Finally, if you're like us, you've got a zillion usernames and passwords in use across the Internet. You can safely add these, too, and protect them with "private" status, allowing StickyBrain 2 to encrypt the information and password-protect it, keeping it safe from intruders on your machine or your network. --Emilie Herbst
