Summary: Namo Customer Service
Review: After loading this software, I decided it was not what I was looking for. The only reason I bought it was because of the "Money Back Guarantee". It is now over two weeks of *trying* to correspond with SJ Namo Industries and I have just now received my Return Authorization Number. However, their Terms and Conditions are worded such that it is very likely that I will not truly receive my money back because SJ Namo Industries is not what is listed on my sales receipt. Only that I bought a Web Editor 6.

They require that you use FedEx or UPS or they will refuse your package. They also reserve the right to charge you 50% of the price of the product should they decide to accept the package and you didn't use one of the above. All I can say is, I'll be surprised if they honor their "Money Back Guarantee"

Summary: A Major Bug!
Review: Although it would be hard to match all of the "extras" you get with this program, I found a major problem that makes it impossible to use. The program puts in non-breaking spaces for regular spaces between words in table layouts which explodes the table beyond all margins. I'm not the only one that has complained about this (and the company has acknowledged the problem) but so far no upgrade fix. Until they address this problem (which would seem simple to fix) I wouldn't recommend this program. This problem was not evident in previous versions, all of which I've used and liked.

Summary: complex - because it offers a lot
Review: As an absoute beginner it took me a weekend to get a good looking site up and running. Since then I keep on discovering all the web-design options this program offers - and this will take me at least another year. It can be you your "all in one" solution, doing a good job with graphics, too ( also vector graphics). But it leaves you all the options open (for example great import, export and organizing features). You can choose designing only by using the graphical user interface - or HTML coding - or to combine both. This means the namo web editor certainly needs some work to get used to it. It comes with an extensive manual describing most of technical details. I did need this manual (also the information is also provided in the online help) and you will miss it if you acquire the download version. The only thing which should be added to this package is a dedicated introductory guide for beginners.
So far I have not discovered bugs and the websites displayed exactly as in the (built in) preview option.

Summary: Agree with other reviewers - poor support & buggy
Review: I agree with most of the other negative reviewers. Despite the high praise and many features in this web editor I have had nothing but frustrations with it. The registration did not work and a question I sent to the company was never answered. What is most frustrating is that many things work in unexpected ways. And other functions have a mind of their own - for example, I set a table column width in NAMO but when I look at it online its different. I simply can not make tables work right. Even though I'm a 20 plus years computer user, I've had to hire a programmer to help use this user-friendly tool! I like the price and the features - too bad I can't make it work. I end most sessions saying, I hate this program!

Summary: Too confusing to use and not acurate
Review: I am semi experianced in deigning websites and i bought this product from Comp USA in Michigan and was completly disappointed when I took it home and the program was very hard to follow. I would put the pictures up on the design and like was said before , the picture was different on the website itself. I could not return it and now am out 100 bucks. I am furious and would never tell anyone about this product, I Love to use WebEasy professional 5.0 its excellent for designing websites and is profeesional looking by far.

Summary: A very high quality product
Review: I have created a number of sites using this product. They look very professional, even thought I am not a professional web developer. Well, that is the whole point! It is easy to install, easy to create web sites using site wizard, easy to choose themes, easy to CHANGE themes, has a wysiwyg editor, easy site upload and sync. I was able to easily define the site structure. It easily picks up files in the folder hierarchy, created by other applications ~ like jAlbum that I used to create photo albums. It has never crashed on me so far. I have used WebEditor 5.5 and upgraded to 6.0. Version 6.0 has scripting tool and excellent web-board. I have hosted some silly family forums there too. It also comes bundled with a number of powerful utilities. Checkout their website for detailed feature list.

Summary: A must have
Review: I have Front Page and Macromedia and both have some major issues.
If you used any of these, Front Page has uploading problems and will not allow you to use MP3 files. Plus you can spot a front page site a mile away (boring).
Macromedia is too hard to use and not user friendly at all.

Namo is the best of both worlds.
-It's easy to use and has allot of great looking templates and utilities. I switched my website file to Namo easily and loving it!
I highly recommend it. ******!

Summary: Bogus Reviews - Be Careful
Review: I have some serious concerns that some of the reviews for the Web Editor 6 Suite were written by people that have something to gain from the product being highly rated. The 4 reviews from Mass.(Boston and Brighton) were done on Aug 10 (3 of them were) and July 28 (1 of them).

I think that the consensus from people that don't work for the company (which is based in Korea with an office in California) is that support is almost nonexistant and good luck getting a refund. It is probably better to just dispute the charge with the credit card company.

I will have to scrutinize reviews more carefully before I buy a product based on them.

Summary: This is a great tool with so many free utilities
Review: I just bought this product to make a simple website out of it. As soon as I launched it, I found out all the powerful features this webeditor included, and I had to continue build my website to be more professional looking. With the WebBoard, I am now able to keep in touch in my family back where I am from. This is just a great product.

Summary: Namo WebEditor 6 Suite
Review: I purchased this software after reading fairly positive reviews. I have little experience with web page design so this looked like the right fit. Well, it's easy enough to use for the most part but forget it if you have a problem with the software. The customer service is non-existent. You can't call because their offices are in Korea and I am also unable to connect to their customer service to ask a question via email. I can not get the software to work and I can't use it. If you are considering this software, better think twice and buy something that has some support -- this is a huge waste of money.
