Review: Can the albino gorilla running around the jungle be the missing link between man and ape?? Who cares! This piece of el cheapo trash is great fun to watch and belongs on your shelf right next to BELA LUGOSI MEETS A BROOKLYN GORILLA and ROBOT MONSTER. Even though the the plot(?) bogs down a bit in the middle, stick with it. If you like inane dialogue and poverty row junglemania you'll like this. The Alpha dvd has a fairly decent print, too. I'm starting to accept the scratches and splices on these old movies as part of the fun. It lends an air of authenticity and B-movie cheapness to the whole experience.... just lke an old 45 playing on a vintage jukebox HAS to have surface scratches or it just ain't right. Maybe I'm nuts but I like these creaky old flicks. Check it out if you're into this kind of thing!
