Getter Robo Armageddon - Resurrection (Vol. 1)

Summary: This Anime is a heck of a lot of fun!!
Review: When I first popped this DVD in I wasn't quite sure what to make of it. The first thing that concerned me was the animation. It seemed almost shoddy but my opinion soon changed. The animation is different but quite good. The artists used a lot of creative camera angles and a tremendous amount of detail. The action is relentless yet remains fun. The movie has a frightening amount of similarities to Giant Robo. I give it a four because sometimes the script seems to lose focus and I still haven't figured out what the story is. Cowboy Beebop would be considered a perfect 5 in my mind still I am eagerly anticipating picking up the next Getter Robo.
