Summary: Great visions; poor quality soundtrack
Review: Sound quality on Alien Dreamtime is very bad for a DVD (dictophone quality!) The best results are obtained by playing the audio CD at the same time. The only problem with this is that is that there is about 2 minutes of the soundtrack missing from track 5 on the DVD so you have to either freeze the picture or fast forward the soundtrack to re-synchronize. If the original CD-quality soundtrack had been used, then this would have rated top marks, but with a rubbish-quality soundtrack, it is very disappointing.

Summary: Awesome Alchemical Amalgamation
Review: Where does this director get his ideas? He's like some kind of world musician meshing all sorts of different styles and sounds together in to some sort of wicked brew, except that he does it in the video realm. Both of these movies communicate the power, mystery, beauty and otherworldliness of the psychedelic experience better than anything else that I have ever seen. The music takes you for a journey as well and is a key component to the overall entheogenic voyage.

I don't know what the problem that the gentleman from UK had with his sound on Alien Dreamtime. I have the audio cd as well and I can't tell the difference between the two. Maybe since the DVD is NTSC and the UK is PAL it didn't work correctly on his player.
