Summary: rowan and martin's laugh in dvd's
Review: well conan, i haven't seen laugh in 2 yet, or the 1st actually. i should have that one within a day or two. it is not right that they have not released the whole series instead of best of's. but in liverpool, england, which is where i am at, it is even more difficult to get hold of it and i had to order it on the u.s. amazon. we do not have it on video either, but it was shown on t.v. at the original time if screening in america and cable had it in the 1990's. i remember the show very vagly when i was a baby, as i was born in 1971, so maybe it was re runs, as i think i was about 5 or so. but i paid more attention to it in the early 90's. i love it and think it is as good as our monty python, but you know how snobby ppl can be who love python, so they would probably disagree. i hope this dvd is as good as i hope it to be, pauline.

Summary: A Little Expensive
Review: What a great show this was, non-stop gags by a great ensemble. My favorite regulars were Alan Seuss, Arte Johnson, Joanne Worley and, my very favorite, that cute little pixie, Judy Carne. My favorite guests were Sammy Davis, Jr. and the guest who seemed to have the most fun, Don Rickles. Sonny and Cher were totally boring, they even looked bored...

Summary: Best of Rowan & Martin's Laugh In 2....
Review: While not as good as the first set, Best of Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In 2 has some great stuff on it. The set includes 6 episodes from the sketch comedy show of the late 60s-early '70s.

Yes, one can complain about the packaging/amount of episodes that you get in this set...but what the heck...it's still a great set.

Most of the episodes on this set are taken from the 1969-70 and 1970-1971 seasons. Only 1 episode is taken from the 1968-1969 season (my favorite season). Stars include Greer Garson, Lorne Green, Danny Kaye, Herb Alperb, and others. This set also contains some great characters such as Gladys & Tyronne, the Russion Soldier, the Farkel Family, Edith Ann, Ernestine the Telephone Operator, and the Russian Imigrant - Mr. Rosmenko.

The only downside to this is the fact that most of the episodes are from the 3rd season. But it is still a great set.
