Summary: quirky humor
Review: This is a very funny movie, some people just don't get it though ( as you can see by some of the ratings on here) If you like seinfeld / curb your enthusiasim, this is the movie for you.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Absolutely terrible...
Review: This is an absolutely terrible film. There is no disputing the fact that Larry David is responsible for some of the funniest moments in the history of U.S. television via "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm." It's a tragedy then that he would also be responsible for such an outright piece of cinematic trash as "Sour Grapes." This film is bad at every level, including a horrible script and terrible performances. The premise of the film is idiotic and one's suspension of disbelief is stretched to the breaking point. The DVD only receives 1 star because it spares the viewer the agony of any extras.

Summary: a mix between Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm
Review: This movie combines the sillines of Seinfeld with the dark uncomfortabel type of humor in Curb Your Enthusiasm. For Seinfeld fans its a must. This movie is outrageous. From the vicious skewering of Friends to the observational humor that was a little too racy to make it on Seinfeld-terrific all around. While I love Curb Your Enthusiasm it was a shame this movie did so poorly because I don't know if Larry David will be given another movie opportunity.

Summary: Unrated movie!!!
Review: This movie looks like a project that took a few hours to concoct, but it actually is worth watching. The humor is fairly well thought out, but you can see the signature humor of the TV show "Seinfeld" all over the place.

I would grade the movie storyline as a "B-", meaning that it's just above average.

One thing that I couldn't help but notice: Steven Weber's delivery is almost exactly the same as Jerry Seinfeld's in many places throughout the film. In fact, I would almost swear that Seinfeld must have done overdubs on the soundtrack. That's how close Weber's tone is to Seinfeld's.

I found the movie to be amusing, but it isn't anything I would want to see again and again.

Summary: BAD MOVIE - SKIP IT
Review: This movie was so lame. It's scary how lame it was.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Stupid and infantile but tremendously funny
Review: Two cousins take their wife and girlfriend respectively to Las Vegas for a weekend and one loans the other 2 quarters to play slots which suqsequently pays a 400,000.00 jackpot. Then the fun begins as all the players take sides in this who deserves what share of the winnings comedy.

Along the way the marriage breaks up, the couple splits, a mother goes in the hospital, a vagrant becomes wealthy, and an actor becomes a falsetto.

It's just flat out funny. But let's get real people this is a comedy it's not Shakespeare so don't critique it like it is.

One of the more enjoyable comedies i've seen in a long time.

Summary: TILL DEBT DO THEM PART
Review: Writer/direcor Larry David tries to bring that Seinfeld feel to the big screen, I for one think he accomplished it. The thing that people don't get about this film is just that. By that I mean the co-creator of the show tried to bring that sly t.v. humor to a full all out motion picture, and for the most part people don't seem to get that. You see films are aloud to be more outragous and open, while t.v. has to be more carefull about what they do, that's why t.v. has to have a diffrent type of humor. with that said unless you understand that you will not enjoy this film.
The story follows two cousins who have grown up like brothers, so they go reno [i think, I don't remember exactly where]. Evan lends two quarters to his cuz Richie who then wins the jackpot. What follows is an all out war between the two over how much the other should get. Orlando Jones joins in on all of the fun for some of the films finest parts. But like I said if you don't go into this knowing it is based on a tv/seifield typen humor basis then you will not like it.
Does it make the five star classic rating, no, but for those who like this kind of humor alot it just might. Do I recomend it, yes, will you like it, maybe, but over all I think it was a very good atempt at some big screen seinfeld humor.
