Summary: The Worst Movie Of All Time! Yes, It's That Good!
Review: "So y'all don't believe I jumped, huh? So watch this good s***!" With those inimitable words, Rudy Ray Moore catapults himself into the annals (or is it the anus?) of film history in THE HUMAN TORNADO, a film that defies logic, convention, good taste, and description. This is the "director's cut" of the movie (even though it doesn't say so anywhere on the box), as earlier video releases were truncated, with the beginning of the movie (where Dolemite meets his white female john in the bedroom, just after donating all his riches to the poor!) and some uninteresting scenes where Dolie and his boyz kidnap a gay hitch-hiker, cut out. Thankfully that material was restored and we can now watch the film in all its non-glory. I'd rate this film a close 2nd to the original DOLEMITE in terms of overall entertainment value; it's hard to beat the original's ineptness (the Creeper, Willie Green, and cops who drive beaters with one hubcap missing) but this one comes pretty close.

Summary: "The Godfather of rap at his martial arts ghetto best!"
Review: "Often, when there is a sequal to a masterpiece, it seems to never compare to the origianl. This, however, is not the case with The legendary Rudy Ray Moore. He doesn't let his audience down. Instead of simply imatating , much like Mike Myers in the Austin Powers series, Moore inovates with a better story line, racier scenes, better martial arts fight sequences, and of course, more of Moore's incomparable rymes.

Summary: A Dolemite Fan
Review: Although the characters in this movie and other Dolemite movies
are a little rusty with their acting, I can't help but watch
these movies over and over again. The movie hits with the
rest of the top-rated movies of that era.

Summary: "I Got Cho' Boy Hangin', You Rat-Soup Eating Honky Motha..."
Review: Boy, oh boy oh boy! And you thought Dolemite was bad! Well, when I first saw Ray Ray jump off the hill nude I nearly collapsed. I tell ya' there's no way to even begin to describe this movie. All of my friends have seen it, and they feel the same way too. And the sheriff.....that unforgetable laugh! And of course, the love scenes "Where's Cavoletti Hiding My Girls" indeed! The freaking ceiling falls down on them for crying out loud! And who could forget that beautiful soundtrack? Well, it's like Mr. Rudy Ray Moore said "I wanted the Dolemite movies to be action packed, sensational, and sexsational as well." Oh and by the way this is the funniest movie of any time period from the day it was made till the end of humanity, nothing will ever surpass "Dolemite II: The Human Tornado".

Summary: move over and let me pass 'fore I stick these hush puppies..
Review: Dolemite... a ghetto hero that can roll down a hill without any clothes on and jump in the getaway car fully dressed! He can jump twenty feet in the air and kick twenty of the sheriff's men with a human tornado kick. Indescribable for those who have not seen the movie...dolemite, you heard me.

Summary: The Kung-Fu is worth the purchase price alone!!!
Review: Don't believe the fools who doubt Rudy Ray Moore!!! How can people look at the Dolemite movies seriously? The opening credits are printed on his GIANT JAMES-BROWN-STYLE CAPE!! You'll never enjoy the sensory overload and outright absurdity of these movies if you try to THINK about them. Just have a six-pack and a few smart-mouthed friends around when you watch it.

Nothing beats Dolemite's , jokin', hustlin' kung-fu ways. NOTHING!!! Step off, Batman!!!

I quote the man himself when I say: "Man, move over and let me pass, 'fore they has to be pullin' these Hush-Puppies out your ...!!"

My brother MADE me watch this, and I'm a changed man.

Summary: Watch out!!! This DVD edited. Many scenes missing.
Review: Even though The Human Tornado is undoubtedly Rudy Ray Moore's Citizen Kain, this DVD is completely butchered. Xenon's DVD is missing more then 10 minutes of footage, most of which are some of the funniest gags in the entire film. Unfortantly, there is no other way to get the complete film unless you can find a copy at your local video store that is at least 15 years old, before Xenon edited the hell out of the film. Either way, the transfer and sound on this DVD is beautiful and crisp and the menus are funny and inventive. If you have to buy any copy, buy this one but write Xenon and demand an unedited verson be put out in the future, this time with a commentary track from Rudy Ray Moore.

Summary: DOLEMITE IS DY- - NO- - MITE!!!!!
Review: I have seen both "Dolemite" and "Dolemite - the Human Tornado and they are hilarious! The scene where he is rolling down the hill in "instant reply" cannot be topped by anyone. These movies are so funny I can't describe it -- there are no words...His martial arts skills are something everyone should see. These are classic films and it's too bad that I had to find out about them through word of mouth. No one can touch you Rudy Ray Moore -not Eddie, Denzel, Martin, or Will!
