Summary: An unusual Schwarzenegger film
Review: Arnold Schwarzenegger plays the part of Howard Langston, a work-alholic father of one that forgets to pick up his son a TurboMan for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, he goes on his search for this impossible to find toy, and at the first toystore he goes, he runs into his "archenemy" Sinbad, playing the part of a Postal worker father also in search of a TurboMan. Throughout the film, Howard (Arnold Schwarzenegger) looks all over to find the toy but runs into hilarious stints throughout.

Arnold takes an unusual part in this film, much like Kindergarten Cop, where he is not pumping lead into enimies. This is a well done Christmas movie portraying what many parents must go through trying to find the popular Christmas toy of the year at the last minute. There is some good laughs, but also some times of annoying parts of the film with Howards son, which is amazingly annoying. But all in all, Jingle All the Way is a film that can be enjoyed among all ages.

Summary: Christmas Mayhem!
Review: Last minute shopping has never been so much fun! It's an exhilarating experience that so many of us have gone through for our children. I say, why don't you forget shopping for Harry Potter toys or Legos, just buy "Jingle All the Way" for the whole family to embrace! The movie has the Jehovah known as Arnold Schwarzenegger (he alone should be the only reason why you should purchase this Christmas delight). Sinbad, yes, the man who brought you such hidden treasures such as, "Houseguest" and "First Kid". Comical! The late Phil Hartman whose legacy will live on forever and an annoying little brat that wants a TurboMan doll. Go away kid! But, aside from the runt, let me just tell you that Arnold gives a hearted performance as a loving, but ignorant father searching for the most popular toy for his son on Christmas Eve. He runs into Sinbad, a postal worker, Robert Conrad playing a silly police officer and many insane parents! An amazing experience that many of us can relate to! I remember fighting the crowds to get myself the Tickle Me Elmo doll! Wow!

Summary: Great Holiday Family Movie
Review: We didn't have much expectations with Arnold as the lead. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast pace. Funny and spreads holiday cheer. Good movies for kids. I like the ending.

Summary: Five Stars for pure fun!
Review: Yes, "Jingle All the Way" is chock full of bad acting and ridiculous situations, but hey, it's a Holiday comedy, and a darn good one! And for those of us who are really into Christmas shopping and have been on that search for the elusive "must have toy of the year," it really touches a nerve!
Arnold Schwarzenegger plays Howard Langston, a workaholic father who's failing with his family. He is constantly breaking promises and missing family events, simply by being absent minded and overly concerned with his business. When he shows up far too late for his son Jamie's Karate presentation, he realizes he's got some major sucking up to do. Howard immediately offers to get his son anything he wants for Christmas as a quick fix. But little does Howard know that the toy Jamie wants, the official Turbo Man action figure, is the hottest toy of the season! No stores in town have one! And tomorrow is Christmas Eve!!!
Howard gets an early start in the morning, arriving at a toy store that hasn't opened yet and already has a large crowd outside. Here he meets his biggest competition, an unstable mailman named Myron (Sinbad). Myron is also an inexperienced shopper who's son has asked for a Turbo Man figure. Both men are shocked and angered when everyone in the store mocks them upon hearing what they are looking for, and this is where their heated rivalry begins. Howard and Myron bump into each other at location after location in their search for the evasive toy, and continue to physically abuse each other at nearly every encounter, and every bit of it is quite hilarious! And in addition to dealing with Myron's attacks while searching for Turbo Man, Howard has to keep tabs on his intrusive neighbor, Tim (Phil Hartman), who is continuously making plays for Howard's wife, Liz (Rita Wilson). It's not as confusing as it sounds, but it's a lot for a man to have to worry about on Christmas Eve when he's gotta meet his family at a parade later on that same day.

"Jingle All the Way" is a great Christmas adventure that is full of laughs and mayhem! It's not supposed to be "It's A Wonderful Life," it's just supposed to be funny! And it is, if you have any sort of sense of humor at all, and any experience with last minute shopping during the Holiday Season! Arnold Schwarzenegger is still not a great actor, but he plays the role of a helpless, inexperienced shopper rather well, and this is probably my favorite of all his movies that I've seen. Sinbad is great as nutty mailman Myron, and Phil Hartman steals the movie as Tim, the seemingly perfect single dad that all the neighborhood women want, but who only has eyes for Liz. And upon repeated viewings, Jake Lloyd (who plays Arnold's son) isn't as annoying as everyone says. "Jingle All the Way" may not be as magical as "Miracle On 34th Steet," but it still qualifies as an annual MUST WATCH Christmas movie for this viewer, and probably many others! Heck, I've already seen it twice this year, and it's still a week till Thanksgiving!

Summary: Not a Bad Christmas movie...
Review: Someone called this movie and its characters mean. I can only assume that this person has nver been out on a holiday rush to get the season's hottest toys...Tickle Me Elmo? Furbys? Beanie Babies? Well hey, sometimes it does get brutal out there as parents fight to get that toy.

Jingle All the Way may exaggerate it a little bit, but not by much as Arnold and Sinbad battle through the streets of Minneapolis to find the Turbo Man action figure. I've seen, on many occasions, parents racing through the stores to get to the store aisles just as the store opens, just like in this movie.

Mean? No..perhaps a bit misguided but both men just want to make sure thier kids have a great Christmas. Phil Hartman is hilarious as the slimy, anal neighbor, cozying up to Arnolds wife and Robert Conrad is a treat to see as a cop who is always in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Look for Jim Belushi in a cameo as a dept. store Santa. Not a classic, but good escapist holiday fun.

Summary: GREAT CHRISTMAS MOVIE

Summary: Just Love Watching This Every Christmas
Review: It's not going to win an academy award. It's not going to be the best acted or scripted movie that you will see. Arnie's acting, 'nough said. However, my family and I have seen this moview every holiday season, and quite honestly, this is the pick of the litter. Second, third and subsequent viewings were always more appreciative than the first. It is unique, and really hits upon the Christmas experience. Phil Hartman is great, as is Arnie. I know for the next 30 years my family will watch this every Christmas season, and I'm glad that Arnie took the risk to make a comedic Christmas experience.

Summary: Make your own decision
Review: Enough has been said explaining what the movie is about so I won't go into that. What I want to ask is that you watch the movie and decide for yourself if its trash or treasure. Don't let the negitive reviews keep you away, it is a happy, funny, holiday escape which is all it was ever meant to be. Also, Phil Hartman is great in this.

Summary: "Jingle All The Way" Is An All-Time Classic....
Review: In 1996, "Jingle All The Way" became another Christmas classic. The movie is a perfect choice for the whole family to watch. Arnold Schwarzenegger has done it again. He has done thrillers, action films, comedies and now even family movies. No matter what kind of movie he has done in the past he has always made it a MASTERPIECE!

The movie starts out with Howard (Schwarzenegger) as a distracted businessman who hasn't paid much attention to his son lately. His son Jamie (Lloyd) is really excited about Christmas coming up and desperately along with every kid in the city wants one thing for Christmas: A Turbo Man doll. Every child has been begging their parents to buy it. Even though his wife Liz (Watson) told him to buy it a month ago, he FORGOT!!

Now it's Christmas Eve and he decides then to go buy the most popular toy on the market. Luckily so he don't look stupid, dozens of of other parents are doing the same thing. Now at the first store, they are SOLD OUT! Then one store after the other and the other and NOTHING!! Then he finds out that one store just got a late delivery of Turbo Man dolls and they are having a lottery to see who gets one first. So they whole crowd goes crazy after all the number balls are thrown in the air. He fights a mailmain (Sinbad) for number 2. He loses his ball. Then a mall Santa Claus convinces him that they have Turbo Man dolls to sell him. He follows the guy to his secret facility. He actually pays $300 for a doll and opens the box and it is all broken. They ARE CONARTISTS!! After all the trouble he's been through he starts punching everyone. He fights migit Santa's and even 7' giants.

Finally, after being chased my a cop, he accidenlty hides in the dressing room for the people in the parade. They think he is the replacement for the Turbo Man actor that goes on the parade float. So he finally gets his hand on a turbo man and now see what happens next. Will Jamie get this Turbo Man doll or NOT?

If you are a big Christmas fan, this is the next piece to add to your Christmas collection. Merry Christmas!! Ho, Ho, Ho!! Jingle All The Way!!

Summary: Funny and family friendly
Review: You'd have to have some serious psychological problems to go off about the cruelty of the movie towards it characters or even attempt to bring yourself to not believe that people don't act like raging idiots during the xmas holidays. I used to work at a ... and trust me, I've seen two women actually engage in a fist fight over a Tickle Me Elmo. T
The movie isn't meant to be serious or even have that great of a message. Sure Arnold has some problems which tend to become more and more annoying as the movie comes through, mostly his wifes constant bombardment. Still in the end after everything is said and done xmas is saved and atleast for the moment everyone who should have gotten what was coming to them got it and everyone that needed to come together did. It's a funny anf family friendly comedy that I would suggest very highly to anyone looking to find something to watch with the kids on xmas or anyday without having to worry about vulgar language or nudity like in most kids flicks that have come out as of late.
Just sit back and enjoy fun that this movie pokes at the outside world and live in it for the minutes that it's on instead of worrying about what other people would think if they knew you watched it.
