Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Pure 80's comedy that has you coming back for more!.
Review: Another 'win the girls heart back' comedy but with the major advantage of the pure comedy genius from both John Cusack and Curtis Armstrong.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A cult classic movie that goes to show you the 80's rocked
Review: John Cussack plas a geat role in this flick. It bacically shows that just when you think things can't get any worse, they do. I love the paperboy "I want my two dollars, and all the failed sucide attempts. If you like this movie and enjoy John Cussack you need to get One Crazy Summer.

Summary: Great Movie
Review: I love this movie so much, i must have watched it like 50 times and i keep on watching it. I cannot get enough of it. John Cussack is the greatest actor. Everything he makes is good.. i love the Sure Thing..another great great movie.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A truly hillarious and memorable film
Review: This movie is a favorite from my youth. Whenever I get nostalgic for the eighties I put this in and I am transported back. I must have seen this movie at least twenty times and I never get tired of it. I still laugh at all the same scenes --my favorites being the paperboy (I want my 2 dollars) and anything to do with Ricky--the fat dorkhead neighbor. This movie is truly a must see--and I think the music is great!

Summary: It's an awesome spectacle...
Review: Better Off Dead has to be one of my all-time favorite movies! John Cusack plays the part of Lane so well, I often wonder if he's acting at all. It's full of some classic one-liners ("I've been going to this high scool for seven and a half years... I'm no dummy!") and has some of the most hilarious scenes I've seen in any movie, including two of my favorites (the scene with the food crawling off the plate, and Lane sticking cotton swabs up his nose, and in his ears and mouth). I recommend this movie to anyone who is in the mood for a great movie of the 80's, or likes John Cusack! You just gotta watch it!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A 80's Classic
Review: Better off dead has been one of those movies you have to have in your collection. Now if they would release it on DVD, this classic will last forever. This Ranks up there with The Burbs, in a movie that you can keep watching over and over.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Best Cult Movie Ever!
Review: Classic! I never get tired of it. I have seen it a million times and know the whole thing by heart. It is one of our favorite Christmas movie's. I love the mothers cooking, the ardvaark coat, the paper boy, the cartoons, and the camero. It is definitely a must see! John Cusack is great! See it this holiday season!

Summary: Go that way really fast, if something gets in your way turn
Review: When I first saw this movie I nearly died laughing, I have lost track how many times if seen it, now it comes out to get me into the christmas sprit, as the movie is set at christmas - new year season. Lane Myer (John Cusak) tries in vain to join the ski team, win back his girl and kill him self. Only to be halted by his best friend, a psychotic paper boy, and a bizzar family. But "a bit of confidence will suit you" goes to the extreme, the car, the pig burgers, and the sax turn it all around for our hero.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best, bar-none
Review: I couldn't ever get tired of any movie with John Cusack in it, but this one strikes a special chord. Watching him on the screen is just like watching that slightly dorky but very adorable and wonderful boy in your home-room class. The supporting characters are fabulous as well, and who could ever forget that animated hamburger scene? An all-around classic, a definite must-see

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: See it again and again
Review: I have seen this movie over 20 times and don't get tired of it. It is very original and a classic. If you lived through high school, then some of this movie will hit home.
