Summary: 100 Girls-Very Funny
Review: I found this film to be witty and clever. I didn't expect much, thinking this was just another movie trying to jump on the "teen-flick" bandwagon. But after watching it I can understand its appeal. I think almost every twenty-something can relate to one or more aspect of this film. This is an original film that helps explain many barriers that most people experience when it comes to the opposite sex. It has an excellent cast and storyline. It won't change your life but will definitely provide an entertaining evening.

Summary: SEXFAIR FOR A NEW GENERATION
Review: I hadn't heard of "100 GIRLS" before it appeared on the shelf at my local video store. Barely promoted. Just as Porky's had been.

It wasn't a great movie, but of all the bubble gum teens movie that keep popping up in movie theatres, this one exceeds them because it holds no punches. They talk about anything and everything. Sex IS frank and honest, just like this movie.

A beautiful cast of women of all kinds, including: Katherine Heigl, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Larisa Oleynik, Jaime Pressly, Marissa Ribisi, Aimee Graham, Kristen Herold and Kristina Anapau. Good comedic overtones and an intriging story that isn't all that predictable.

The only thing that bothered me in the movie was the voice-over by Jonathan Tucker. It wasn't a bad job or a bad voice-over, but at times it was kindof corny.

Other than that, an enjoyable movie to watch, and if I had any suggestions to improve it, it would've been even dirtier.

Summary: Pretty girls - crappy movie
Review: I hope this movie seemed better on paper than the resulting film. I've seen better things in my toilet.

All the girls are pretty and some are briefly topless (though none of the "big" female names, however). That is the sole positive. Well, it had one funny joke as well.

Negatives are:
Implausible dialog with lengthy and awkward speech/narrations, which normally would cause the females to laugh in derision, yet in this movie, they "ohh/ahh" at his sensitivity...
Implausible plot of which I can't bring myself to enumerate the unbelievability. OK, here's some - he has a telescope that conveniently can see into every girls dorm window - he sneaks into one girl's room and hides in her bathtub while she is at the sink in the bathroom and oblivious to his presence as he reaches across the room to lower the toilet seat.

The male lead would have been ostricized if not put in jail for burglary, stalking, and probably a few other things.

Bad jokes (not good jokes about bad things, but just unfunny jokes - except one)...Irritating main male lead.

Just plain bad. Should be entitled "100 Groans".

Summary: Atypical Great Movie
Review: I just happened upon this movie while channel surfing and was going to flip the channel but for some reason I got hooked. (ok, ok hot chicks on screen at the time) It has a nice insight into both sexes and why people act the way they do. And enough humor and sarcasm to keep me watching. I found it hilarious at times and "chick flicky" at times, but I enjoyed the movie alot. It's not your typical romantic comedy. And how about Emmanuelle? Too hot. I want more. Might even have to allow myself to be "forced" to watch On the Line. Sorry it's the man in me. :)

Summary: Almost a 5 star movie...
Review: I just rented this movie, and was pleasantly surprised being as I had never heard of it before and was just taking a chance on a random movie as usual. It was a VERY easy and enjoyable movie to watch. I can see where people would draw comparisons between "100 Girls" and such movies as "American Pie" ... mainly because of the "typical teenage life experiences" (even though in this movie, they are in college). I won't say it was better than American Pie necessarily ... just different, and smarter. The dialogue was very witty and funny! Tons of good actors/actresses in the movie too. I'm just taking a guess here, but I am thinking maybe they didn't release it in the US because of all the racy nudity and content of the scenes ... in Europe, I believe they are a little more open to stuff like that. If it had been out in the states, even if they had cut some stuff out, it probably would have still been rated R and unfortunately I guess they assumed that the main people whom would benefit from or enjoy seeing this movie, are perhaps under 17. I don't know, just a guess. But I would definitely recommend seeing "100 Girls" ... it's touching, cleaver and humorous. What more could you ask for? :)

Summary: Great movie.
Review: I just saw this movie and it is one of the best teen movies I have seen in awhile. I really enjoyed American Pie, as this movie has many similarities to that one. The characters are all very interesting, including Rod who I found funny for some reason or another. The story is also very interesting to watch, as you have no clue as to who Matt will end up with in the end, I was suprised who it was. Overall, it was a very enjoyable movie. I am disapointed that this movie will not be released in theaters in the U.S. as it was in Europe though, it will lose a lot of publicity this way... Watch it.

Summary: It's not JUST porn...
Review: I picked this movie up while waiting in line at the video store and ended up renting it (in addition to SLC Punk.) When it first came on my friends laughed at me for picking up something that appeared to simply be a cheap excuse for gratuitous nudity. I was greeted with shouts of "PORN!" However, as the story developed we were struck by moments of pure honesty about the differences, confusions, and invisible lines between the sexes. It seemed to hit a balance between simple fun and simple truth such that we were never bored. By the end of the movie we were ready to rate it, if not quite as high as SLC Punk, a damn good movie.
