Rating: Summary: Great DVD/VCR at a Great price! Review: I ordered this dvd/vcr based on reviews I read here. I was slightly skeptical, though, due to the price. However, it was the best money I've spent in a long while. This player works great, and has great picture quality. My only issue with it, is the remote, which I figure will no longer be an issue once I get it figured out.
Rating: Summary: Another one bites the dust Review: I have the same story that I see here many times. It was great, then the DVD player started freezing up, then it was iffy on whether or not it would load a DVD, and now it doesn't load any DVD. The DVD side is now useless. POS.
Rating: Summary: What Happened? Review: About a year ago I was about to write a review on this product praising it because I was really impressed with mine. Before I did so I read other reviews that claim the dvd drive goes out. Becuase there were several of them I decided to wait on my review and see what happens to mine. Well what do you know? A year later, the day that Kill Bill Vol. 2 comes out, I get so excited and rush home to watch it; and the stupid dvd drive freezes up in the middle of the movie. I checked it with other dvds and so on ans so on. It is aparent that the drive is completely junked out. I can not praise a product that only lasts one year! Of course waranty is now long gone and I have to put more money down on a new unit. It will definatley not be this one! The remote is also a god awful piece of equipment. Yuck!
Rating: Summary: Worst ever Review: I bought my second machine had to return first one because disk would freeze up part way through movie no matter if I cleaned it or not. The disks worked great on my Sony. So i exchanged it for same model and this one worked for 10 minutes if even that.
when you put in a disk it keeps stating that it's loading and thats as far as it gets. What a piece of junk don;t even waste your money on Samsung buy another brand.
