Review: I thought the workouts were great, they are not the typical aerobic workout but you will feel it the next day, the moves are broken down and are pretty easy to learn. Carmen seemed very comfortable explaining the moves, I also loved that you can change the music. My only complaints are that the 5 dvds could actually have been a 3 dvd set and I wish the routines were longer.

Review: I will say - this caught my attention. The whole Carmen Electra, pussycat dolls thing - of course - what a great marketing tool.
Truth is - I wanted a workout - that wouls make me feel sexy. - this isn't it.
All the glits and glam may make it appealing, but I think at one point they forgot - hey this is suppose to be a workout video as well.
Carmen should stick to her MTV shows and C movie roles.
If you want a sexy fitness video that is ALSO is a great workout..get the Better Sex Through Yoga series.

Review: i'm just writing to warn people NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS! i ordered it from the actual website over two months ago and haven't received it, and they're ignoring my emails. i got ripped off, can't get my money back, and have no DVD. just a warning for any potential buyers!

Review: I've had these dvds for about a six months now and am very happy with the purchase. My favorite out of the enire collection is definately DVD #2, Fit to Strip. Carmen and her trainer take you through a total body workout that is super easy to customize for your own time limits or fitness level. The segment menu makes it a breeze to navigate the DVD and choose to do one or all of the programs available. You can sweat through an hour long workout or spot tone as you please. I'm even impressed by the option to choose your own background music for each routine! I recommend starting out with the basic cardio and floor work routines, then working your way up to the entire DVD. That's how I approached it and am very happy with the results I've seen.

I certainly recommend purchasing the entire set of Aerobic Striptease DVDS. However, if budgeting is a concern, the Fit to Strip DVD is well worth the money spent on it!

Review: I, amongst several other people will tell you that they are suckers for ordering this because of the appeal, and the sexiness of it.
I am here to warn you that its true. First, the production value is bad, and the time spent on the videos glitz and glam should have been put into the actual routine, and the viewer consideration.
I felt like I was doing the tape, but got lost s the routime seemed to only focus on Carmen, and how she looked. It was a big disappointment.
Don't fall for celeb - driven junk, like I did.

Review: Im sorry but i came to this website thinking i could get a better deal on this product, NOPE! If you go to Carmens official website for these videos, you can purchase the whole 5 disk set for 67.00 and change. NOT 150.00. that to me is rediculus.

I for one havent tried these videos yet but im anxious. These reviews REALLY help me out alot when it come to purchasing items but one lesson i have DEFINATLY learned, visit the official website for the product your looking for b/c you'll find it WAY cheaper. So in conclusion, i hope this message doesnt get erased b/c i would like to help you all save TONS of money :)
