Summary: Very pleased, easy to do.
Review: First, the reason I did not give it five stars coincides with what the other person posted. The tape is horrible quality and very short but after once you really don't need it anyway, and I can see how the rings could possibly start to hurt your arms after a while, but they haven't put me in any pain yet (except for my arms burning as they are toning, of course).

I also have been faced with the challenge of keeping the rings near my wrists, or even my lower arms. They always seem to migrate to my upper arms until they beat me in the head (again, this does not hurt...yet). I'm sure with time I will master the art of keeping the rings in the proper place.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product. You can feel it working even after the first short session with the tape, and if you keep it up and even extend your workout beyond that tape, I'm certain you will see results. The stretches are very effective, too. It seems like an easy thing to stick with, even for an excercise-phobic person like me.

Summary: So far, so good...
Review: I have been looking for an easy-to-do arm workout and I thought the Bodycircles workout looked like just the thing - it promises "eight minutes to amazing arms" which is just what a busy mom like myself needs. I have only been using this kit for a little while but if the way my arms feel is any indication, they will be "amazing" soon enough. The exercises featured on the video are easy to do, although keeping the rings circling down on my wrists as opposed to up on my elbows is a challenge, one that isn't addressed in the video or accompanying leaflet. I assume that with practice, this won't be a problem. In addition to the exercises, stretches are demonstrated. This short workout proved to be quite intense, but it's easy to start with short sessions with the rings and increase the workout slowly. The nature of the workout - just take off your watch and slip the rings onto your wrists - also makes it very easy to work into a busy day.

Two things about this set that are mild 'negatives' - the video picture and sound quality is very poor, but as it only took two viewings to learn the exercises and stretches, this isn't a big deal. Additionally, the first few times I used the rings, my forearms were very sore, almost bruised. The rings are covered in foam, but not a soft, comfy foam. The video says to wear a short-sleeved shirt but I found a close-fitting long-sleeved shirt much more comfortable, as it provided some cushioning for my arms. Again, I imagine this will get better with time.

Overall, I give this workout kit two arms up! :-)
