Review: After watching Aaron Star's 'Better Sex Through Yoga', I finally found out why Yogis are such great lovers. The key to better sex is through strengthening your inner core. It will prolong your experience making it more satisfying for you and your loved one. I discovered that the Asanas or series of postures have made me a stronger and much more focused person. After practicing along with the tape for several weeks and following along always with the prescribed breathing Ive been able to translate those new acquired skills to the bedside. thanks Aaron

Review: First off, I have no affiliation with anyone having anything to do with this title. So...

I enjoyed the program. Remembering how and when I began yoga, I wouldn't say this is beginner level stuff. Probably more like advanced basic to intermediate. Star does, however, include some incredibly complex, advanced poses for those capable of such movements.

The one thing I know a lot of men will say is that they didn't get a direct enough connection to better sex by mastering this workout. And you don't. Please don't expect Aaron to sit there explaining just how much stronger your orgasm will be if you commit to mastering the included poses and techniques. You'd be missing the point of his instruction.

I really don't think the price for DVD format is anything outrageous. Check around -- it's pretty comparable.

I'm most concerned that some viewers are seeing the title, and rushing out for their miracle cure like we Americans always do. Yoga does not deliver overnight results, or results greater than the sum of what you put in to its practice. This title is no exception.

Buy the DVD. Work it diligently. Reap the rewards.

Review: I do not see the purpose of writing a negative review if you have not actually done the video. As the producer of this video I don't expect every person to love it. But happen to know from feedback from men around the world I have never met, that a majority of our customers do greatly enjoy it and are looking forward to future videos featuring Aaron. I know for a fact that several reviews written here were written by fans of Aaron after a newsletter let his fans know it is available on Amazon - which might explain why some were posted in a two week time frame. I should also point out that we purposely kept the price of the video less expensive than comparable videos because we believe the instruction is first rate and in the long run positive word of mouth will carry the day. With all that said to set the record straight, have a great day and a pleasant tomorrow.
