Summary: well...is pretty good
Review: When I initially purchased this item I was totally thrilled with it. I have had the product for a little under a year, and am still pleased with it but would like to point out an issue or two I have concerning the player. First off, for folks with large DVD collections (i.e. over 200) this is not the best choice. The more DVD's and regions I play, the more confused this player seems to get. It still plays all the DVD's I own but gives me quite a bit of attitude. Secondly: the remote control for this item is bad, at the least it is an ergo-nightmare. For half the functions, many of them quite important I might add, you need to hold down a 'shift' button while pressing the actual key you want to use. A toggle 'shift' would work much better. I realize the second gripe may seem petty but again this review is targeted for serious DVD collectors, when you are trying to look through special features or whatever---on numerous discs the 'shift' thing just takes the fun out of it...
