Summary: Buffy: The Vampire Slayer is one of greatest series ever!
Review: Buffy the Vampire Slayer is one of the Greatests T.V. series ever! This show created by Joss Whedon is one most sepectacular Horror/Drama/Comedy series ever made! Buffy summers(Sarah Michelle Geller)in Highschool was normal teanage girl who studied classes by day and slayed vamires, demons and hords at night. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was commited to saving the world from evil demons, monsters, and vampires that existed in the Hellmouth which was under the Sunnydale Highschool. She and her scooby gang (Giles, Willow, Zander, Angel, Cordelia,Anya, Spike,Tara, and Dawn) protected the hellmouth from taking Sunndayl, California. Highest Possible Recommendation! This is a great show with good characterization and story! I love this show so much!

Summary: 6/5 stars!
Review: Buy this collection of all 7 seasons only if you haven't already. The fact is, Buffy's previous seasons were all released earlier - and season seven just having been released, this set will be a waste for the hardcore fan. Only buy this if you are beginning.

Summary: Best series ever?
Review: For all those who apologize for being only 17: I'm 62, a college/law school writing teacher, and tried never to miss an episode of Buffy. I've seen most several times. It was, unquestionably, the best-written series ever on television [with the possible exception of the ongoing "Lost"]. I don't yet own a DVD set of any of the series, though the complete set is tempting. But let's resolve the widescreen issue first!

Summary: Where's the WIDESCREEN????????
Review: Great set other than the widescreen seasons are presented full screen. That is a crock. Why should the limeys get widescreen and we Americans who made the show what it was and is get snubbed? Buy it from the ebay scabs for 800.00+ or wait for another release. I'm waiting.

Summary: How Could You....?
Review: How could you miss an opportunity to buy a piece of Television History?! Buffy spent an amazing seven series fighting new and exciting demons and forces of darkness while juggling love life with some of the most interesting and different men than usual, and having to protect friends and family from her job! Its hard for Buffy but she manages it making her one of the best heroines of all time!! Not going to go into the script specifically but this is amazing show! Its got the laughs, the gore, the characters, the twists (oooh the twists!!) and the cleverness of it all! Must see!!

Summary: ONE OF THE BEST EVER
Review: I AM A 30 YEAR SOLDIER SERVING IN THE MILITARY AND I MUST SAY THAT THIS SHOW HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS EVER WRITTEN. AFTER WATCHING THE MOVIE, I WAS NOT VERY OPTIMISTIC ABOUT THIS SHOW BUT AFTER THE FIRST SEASON MY DOUBTS WERE LAID TO REST. THE REST OF THE SEASONS ONLY GOT BETTER. THE DEPTH AND HUMOR ARE UNSURPASSED FOR A TELEVISION SHOW BUT THE PLETHORA OF ISSUES THAT FORM THE DYNAMICS BETWEEN THE CHARACTERS IS A CHARACTERISTIC OF THE BRILLIANT JOB OF THE SHOW'S WRITERS. A MUST SEE AND OWN FOR ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO GET A LITTLE MORE OUT OF TELEVISION THAN DRIVEL.

Summary: Great Show
Review: This is a brilliant show. One or two viewings isn't really enough; if you're open minded, give the show a chance and you'll have a great time.
If you want pop glitz and silly jokes they are there, but if you want more then you just have to look a little deeper.

The DVDs look great. Yes they were shot with a widescreen camera, but they were concieved, framed and only meant to be seen full screen. Joss Whedon has made it clear that it was an error beyond his control that anybody ever saw Buffy in widescreen and that what you see on these DVDs is what he meant you to see.

Summary: The best show on the face of the planet.
Review: This show had such a great cast, great storylines, great writing. I bow down to Joss Whedon for making a show for teens that doesn't make teens into sex-obsessed people.
