Summary: give me a break
Review: it's amazing that there are people who actually dares to put this amateurish college student film maker's work even on vhs and dvd(knowing it wasn't even released in theater which was very good decision), i mean obviously this movie doesn't seem to appeal 5 years kids, but then, how can the movie maker expects the audience to be impressed by watching a woman disguised as some kind of spy, and hacked into some kind of computer room and download a virus(carrying giant size cdrom disk, well, yes! you can even see SONY mark on it) and in the middle of it, she got detected by the security system. logically thinking, why not earlier? and she ran away to be arreseted by the security guard. and imagine this all done by some cheap camera. actually, it's quite hilarious to watch this but, i felt quite insulted because, the movie releaser disillusioned customer by putting some sickly twisted image of a man on the cover as if it's really great psycho thriller. well save your money please.

Review: Lance Henriksen(Scream 3, Pumpkinhead) is back as the mangler for another dose of computer killings....full of unbelievably mindnumbing slayings with more bad acting then anyone could withstand for a length of the peroid in this movie..Lance should stop making dumbass movies like this one..makes him look bad..and he is in this..at the end where we see his deforemed body hanging on wires is hilarious..man what a waste of a part of my saturday night movies on digital cable..sucked big time

Summary: Don't they have negative stars?!!!!!!!!!
Review: Let me start by saying that 1 star is really being too kind. I can't believe they had the nerve to make a sequel because the first film was bad enough. Some movies just shouldn't have sequels, and this is one of those movies. I couldn't believe how ridiculous this was. I feel so cheated, and I want an hour and a half of my life back.

Summary: YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING
Review: OK I never saw "The Mangler" but, that was some of the worst acting I have ever seen, did this movie play in theaters? If so how did it ever make it to DVD? Are you shore this wasn't supposed to be a comedy? The only acting I saw was done by the schools master and chef-boy-r-dee. I played my brand new DVD and I would sware I was missing scenes I had to watch the actors quote's just to find out what happen to the one guy, and even then all he said was he gets crushed to death on page 80 well I have no page 80 and I also have no idea how they got out side.If you can miss this movie do so it's not worth 2mins. let alone 96mins.I mean no harm to the actors...

Summary: Mangler this.....that box cover is hidious.
Review: Okay, i watched this movie because the promo was very good i might say. It has your typical teen cast to be killed like Friday the 13th, so why does it get 2 stars? I do NOT like Friday the 13th duh. That scene where that teen to be killed was burned to death because the water that puts out fire was too hot was a stupid scene since there was no fire in the room....like give me a break. There is more running around by all these stupid victims (soon to be that is bwahhahah) in this movie then any movie i seen. Look how they run...it's like they are jogging in slow motion screaming like a banshee. I think one of the teen victim was doing the power walk. Its kind of gruesome watching people get mangled like this and was kinda hoping they get killed so this movie could end so i won't have to suffer watching it any longer. I did ask myself....why did i watch this? sleek PROMO ..is it cheesy? VERY ...is it entertaining? NO ...would i recommended this for ur viewing? LOL ...why 2 stars and not 1? That chef guy was cool in that kitchen scene with the freezer and he talks to himself quite alot.

I think if this movie was made for Mystery Theator 2003, i would give it 5 stars and would enjoy them making fun of this one.

So did i see the original? NO ..im i gonna watch it? LOL

See ya!

Summary: Expect greatness and you will be sorely disappointed.
Review: One doesn't have to look hard to find a better movie than The Mangler 2. I would bet that closing your eyes and grabbing a movie off the shelf is a safer bet. That said, if you're up early in the morning and it shows up on tv, watch it if there's absolutely nothing better on. This movie is as absolutely corny as 'horror' can get, but it doesn't aim any higher than the bottom of the bargain bin. This is a late nite piece of trash that doesn't take into account any remote sense of logic, but that is its charm. It's sorely predictable, yet fun. I found it so extraordinarily ridiculous that it was worth waiting through the dribble for the next insanely contrived death scene. Just when you think the plot can't possibly get any worse, it does. So, if for some reason you don't mind sitting through cliche after cliche, watch this movie, but dear god do not pay any money for it.

For *good* trash see any Troma or Fulci movie.

Summary: No, we can't have this
Review: This movie had no conection what so ever to the origional mangler. This Movie was a cross between Lawnmower man and 2001: a space odessy. Its a dried up stolen plot and the movie itself was boring. Nudity? There was none. Gore? There was none. Suspense? There was none. Humor? None Great dialoge? NONE! How can you captivate an audience with crap. this movie goes right up there with Carnivore and Wishmaster 3. Robert Englund couldn't save this movie and as for Lance Henriksen; maybe he needed it to pay off gambling debts or owed some guy a favor. Who knows. Why create a, in my opinion, totally different movie with no similarities and then call it Mangler 2. Thats a sequel title and this no sequel nor spin off nor even an origional idea. This movie is so bad I can't even add closure to this review. Throw away mangler2 and save your self with Night of the Living Dead, the 68 or 90 version.

Summary: Worst Episode Ever
Review: To be totally forthcoming, I only watched the first third to half of the film. However, I feel pretty confident that that does not preclude me from saying, with confidence, that this is one of the worst movies in recent memory. Compared to this movie, Jeepers Creepers 2 becomes "Hamlet" and Halloween V becomes Citizen Kane. At least these movies appear to have come from a studio. This film appears to have been made with a camcorder and edited on a home computer--sort of like the Ghost Ship imitator called Ghost Rig (no, I'm not kidding--it's real) and other stuff by that same studio, except actually worse.

Everything that could conceivably be wrong with a movie is wrong with this one. I think they were going for eighties brat-pack-revival horror. However, instead, there is a definite air of community access television/high school television production class project about this movie. The movie is many things, but scary and suspenseful are not among them. The first hour or so of the movie is dedicated to introducing one of the main characters in ways which are completely unnecessary. The premise (and I'm not ruining anything for you, because there isn't anything to ruin) revolves around a disgruntled teen heiress with hacking skills who downloads a virus in order to disrupt the computerized security system of the prep school at which her father has imprisoned her out of general desire to be a troublemaker. The virus then turns out to be murderous, presumably sentient. However, rather than having the computer kill people in ways which one would expect a computer to do so (see: Feardotcom, in which an evil website somehow caused viewers to drop dead after viewing after evil energy from the killing of innocent women was somehow tapped into by a serial killer), wires and garden shears (I *think* that was what they were) and other stuff are actually coming out of the computer to kill people. As Butthead once informed Beavis, "These effects aren't very special."

The acting is atrocious. Not just wooden. Not just melodramatic. Atrocious. We have actors stumbling over their lines in scenes that should have been reshot, and I seriously think the school headmaster character, for one, was actually reading his dialogue from a prompter given his complete lack of intonation.

If this happens to come on HBO or something, watch it for about ten minutes, if you can withstand that much, to see what I mean. Under no circumstances should you rent or buy this movie. Even if it is $.99.

Summary: Gouging out my eyes
Review: Well what can I say. I'm a fan of cheezy horror. I like cheezy horror. This movie was bad even by the standards of cheezy horror. It follows all the steriotypes to the letter and does so badly. I would not pay money to see it again.
