Summary: I was well, surprised
Review: I am normally am disappointed by Diseny's sequals. And yet every time I buy one I hope it will be better. I loved the original Goofy Movie and I loved it even more when I found out Pauly Shore was Bobby. So really, THAT was my one reason for buying this movie. I really liked this movie since Bobby had a much bigger part but there was one thing that bugged me.... whatever happened to Roxanne? Max seemed despretly in love with her throughout the first movie and I would think that they'd at least acknowledge her existance. But, overall, I was pleased with this movie. The best(ok, the real best thing is Pauly Shore so the seconed best thing) thing was how there were no cheap Disney sequal songs!

Summary: I am so disapointed in this one!
Review: I bought the original goofy movie for my son, and we watched it constantly for about a month straight!! The songs were catchy and I loved the heartwarming story!!

I decided to go out and splurge, and I paid $29.99 for the extremely goofy movie on DVD...I thought that it would be a good investment since the original was so well loved. What we found was that this one has very little panache! ALL the songs in the original were well written, catchy songs that You found yourself humming and singing to yourself all day long. This one...BLAH!! Hardly any tunes at all, and the ones there are not that great at all.

The story is cute, and lives up to the original...but all round it is not even close in my books. The original had Pauly shore as the voice of his buddy(funny!!)...this one has a lame immitation. And what happened with the romance with Roxanne!

I just was not happy...enough said!

Summary: Excellent movie
Review: I didn't know what to expect when I placed this into my DVD player. When "A Goofy Movie" came out I was just a freshman at high school. Now I am a freshman at college and along come "An Extremely Goofy Movie". I have had some great times with these movies. "A Goofy Movie" was my favorite Disney movie and "An Extremely Goofy Movie" comes into a close second. However I think sequels 'ought to have some continueity. Terrible. Just terrible. Where is Roxanne! Without her the first movie really wouldn't have existed. Max wouldn't have tried to impress anybody and wouldn't have met power line and then "A Goofy Movie" would have been a bore. Oh well. Extremely well-done movie! One complaint: No original songs with Goofy and Max singing (Well...maybe no complaints)

Summary: The old days...
Review: I like this movie because it brings back memories. and i should make a correction on the movie release. Goofy Movie came out 1996 and Extremely Goofy Movie came out 1999. Those years brought back memories because it reminds me of when rossler, mike, joey, were all survivors and they werent morons and stupid and had to kill themselves. now im the only one left. Listen to what Nas said, Nas' quote relates to me,"I'm The Last Real N*gga Alive" this movie is not as great as the first but this is still good because of the good times but now they changed into monsters. and remember mike, Bogus is 27 Years Old, and he was down with the hood back then in 1995 and 1996 and he went to high school in 1992 back then when n*ggaz from compton was down and yo bro was a crip and he got shot and went to jail

Summary: A really great movie
Review: I really loved this movie because it had really funny parts, sad parts, and really good parts. I also loved it because in it you can see the differences between the decaes because Goofy got fired from his job and had to go to college for a decree and he goes to college has his son back, and has a new girlfriend and now he will turn the movie into a blast.

Summary: Not as good as the first one, but still a great movie.
Review: I think it's fairly obvious that someone over at Disney really cared about the sequel to 'A Goofy Movie' being a quality film. 'An Extremely Goofy Movie', while not being as funny as its predecessor, definitely has a lot of heart, and to me, that was what shined about this movie the most. There are at least two scenes that are so touching that if you're a sensitive person you may actually find yourself starting to cry. Personally, I didn't cry, but I actually found myself sympathizing with Goofy's plight. Imagine that! I was sympathizing with, of all cartoon characters, Goofy! It's a sign of outstanding direction when an animated movie can move a person that much.

In my opinion, the animation for this movie is right up there in quality with 'A Goofy Movie'. It could have been released in theaters and I don't think anyone would have noticed any difference in animation quality. The animation is crisp and the colors are vibrant.

The only area in which this movie lacks is comedy. Sure, it does have its laughs, but for me, the laughs were few and far between. Like I said above, I thought 'A Goofy Movie' was funnier.

Like certain others who have reviewed this movie, I too missed Roxanne. I thought there should have at least been some passing mention of her. Still, even though she wasn't even mentioned, it doesn't affect continuity. After all, a lot can happen during high school. There's any number of things that could explain why Roxanne is absent from the film.

Overall, I thought 'An Extremely Goofy Movie' was a great movie not because it was hilarious, but because it had a lot of heart. I'm looking forward to another sequel.

Summary: Not to shabby for a sequel
Review: I think that any fan of "Goof Troop" and "A Goofy Movie" will find this movie quite enjoyable. This movie serves as a real good eye opener for college kids because it shows what the parents go through when the kids leave home. The animation in this movie is really smooth and has lots of bright colors. The Movie featured an exellent sound track which includes "Right Back Where We Started From" by Cleopatra and "Come On Get Happy" by The Patridge Family.

Review: I think that the Extremely Goofy Movie is the best movie Disney has made. It is so funny but it is also based on true feeling. It is a great movie and I advise that if you havn't seen this movie that you really should. It is great if you are babysitting!By the way my favourite character is Bobby.
