Summary: My daughter's favorite Barney video!
Review: Barney's Rhyme Time Rhythm is by far my 2 year old daughter's favorite Barney video (and I swear, we must have them all!) The minute we get home from preschool, she wants to see "Barney Goose", as she calls this DVD. She absolutely adores it and is mesmerized from beginning to end. While I think it's one of the more enjoyable entries in the Barney canon, I am getting a little sick of it, since we seem to watch it every other day. But it's worth it since she enjoys it so much!

Summary: It gets my sons attention more than anything else
Review: I have a 14 month old son who not only loves watching it but dances to some of the best rhymes in it. We can easily make him to have his meals by just playing it. Must buy for all parents! Great video and audio quality.

Two thumbs up from my SON!!!

Summary: A Barney "Must Have"
Review: If you're torturing yourself over which Barney DVD to choose, stop here. This rendition of Mother Goose introduces a large number of rhymes and songs with a truly wonderful actress as Mother Goose and a magical set with real storybook quality props. My daughter adores this one and is constantly singing and dancing the many numbers from the disc. My only complaint is that in the opening scene, one of the kids is trying to write rhymes and was crumpling up sheets of paper and tossing them on the floor in frustration. My daughter started trying to do this and we had to tell her that this was a naughty thing to do and that Barney forgot to point it out.

Summary: Barny Rocks
Review: Ilove Barny and Barny muvies.

Summary: Pretty good, lots of songs.
Review: My daughter likes the music on Barney, especially the kids singing and dancing. This is pretty good, with a nice introduction to Mother Goose. There is some overlap on songs with More Barney songs, which I strongly recommend. The beginning and end of this video was an episode of Barney; the added middle part is a visit to Mother Goose's house.

Review: My eighteen month old daughter loves Barney and this video is among the best. Entertaining and makes nursery rhymes come alive. I would highly recommend it, along with Barney's Super Singing Circus.

Summary: Great to learn nursery rhymes - both the parents and the tot
Review: My two-year old loves this DVD. We bought it after "nursery rhyme month" at daycare, and it really helped to give her the repetition she needed to memorize her favorite rhymes, especially considering that her parents didn't know any of them. I didn't know more than the first verse of "Mary had a little lamb", and now I know all four paragraphs of it and we can both sing it at the top of our lungs, as well as many other well-known and even some relatively obscure nursery rhymes/songs. The mother goose character is annoying to adults but little kids do find her entertaining.

Summary: Mom loves Barney, too!!
Review: This is a wonderful video, as most of the reviews have stated. However, it does not hold my son's attention for very long (21 months old). He adores More Barney Songs. When he is a little older I think he will enjoy this one a little bit more. This is definitely a delightful DVD to own, and one of the better ones in the Barney series. I would highly recommend it.

Summary: great for your little one
Review: What an entertaining dvd w/ such great nursery rhymes. My twins have loved this Barney dvd since they were 7 mo old. It is fun to see them rock, bounce and clap to the songs. I would highly recommend buying this dvd from Amazon. I looked all over for this particular dvd and could not find it in any stores. My sister in law had given me the vcr tape - and I wanted the dvd because it has repeat play and other special feaures like setting the dvd to play just the songs. I think my kids will also be able to use this on the computer in a few years. All I can say is this is a great Barney dvd - but my Twins also LOVE the Baby Einstein DVD's - they are partial to Baby Beethovan and Baby Bach - too. I would say those rank as 5 stars !!

Summary: A little more Mother Goose
Review: When we were in Hawaii, we rented this video for a week for my 2 year old. It was the only video we had, and he insisted we watch it every day.

As Barney videos go, I give it a not bad. My wife and I loved there rendition of Wynkin, Blynken and Nod. 1/2 the video is also available as an episode called "A little Mother Goose" They add a 20 minute section where the children go to Mother Goose's house in the video.

If Barney it must be (and if you have a two year old, it must be Barney) this is a nice one to have in the collection.
