Compatible with VirginMobile pay-as-you-go cell phone service, the diminutive K-7 features Internet access, 2-way text messaging support, 1-touch and voice dialing, and some fun extras as well, all displayed on a blue-backlit, 104x80 pixel greyscale LCD screen.

Calling features include vibrate mode, 1-touch and voice dialing, polyphonic ring tones, ringer ID, picture ID, and more. There's also digital TTY/TDD capability for hearing-impaired customers. Messaging and Internet features include EMS picture messaging capability, 2-way text messaging with predictive text entry, high-speed data download, and even a GPS function. For self-organization, the Rave K-7 provides an alarm, and calendar.

The Rave is chock full of fun and games, starting with Virgin Mobile software that provides you access to Virgin Mobile's online services and VirginXtras. You can also change out the faceplate with another color (sold seperately) and you'll get the usual downloadable, polyphonic ring tones via Web access, plus Tetris and Brick Attack games.

The battery allows for up to 3.5 hours of talk time and 7.5 days of standby time, and this little phone only weighs 3.5 ounces and measures 4.4 by 1.9 by 0.9 inches.
